*Seven Months Later*

Rain walked in to the waiting room at the doctors and sat down on the comfortable blue couch that were in the white big room. She had been gaining a few pounds the past months, and she had have all the symptoms you have when you're pregnant. Libby hadn't shut up about it for the last 5 months, but Rain wouldn't admit that she was carrying a life inside of her. Libby managed to convince her to see a doctor and not a chiropractor, and got her an appointment with a doctor. And now is the time, she was waiting for the doctor to call her name.

The minutes went, and the time for her appointment came closer.

“Rain Proulx!” The doctor called, she got up from her seat and walked towards the doctor who stood waiting. He smiled hello to her and showed a sign for her to follow him.

They got into a examining room and they sat down.

“So, what seems to be the problem?” he asked with a calm and kindly voice.

“Well, my friend keeps telling me I'm pregnant, but I don't believe her” Rain replied.

“Have you taken the test?” he questioned folding his hands looking at her with a concerned look.

“No” she mumbled moving her gaze away from him.

“Tell me your symptoms” he demanded.

She paused for a second to think it through. “sore breasts, dizziness, nausea, morning sickness, and weight gaining.” she said.

“any problems with your period?” he questioned.

Rain hesitated a little before she got the nerve to say “yes, I haven't it for seven months”

The doctor looked at her with a small smirk showing on his lips.

“And you don't believe you're pregnant?” he asked giggling a little.

“Is it that obvious?” Rain cried out, the doctor nodded.

“Let's take an ultrasound” he said and showed her to the bench

She lied down and pulled up her top and the top of her jeans a little.

The doctor poured some cold sticky liquid on her tummy and started the ultrasound.

After a few seconds he had found the baby and a smile appeared on his face, he looked at Rain with smiley eyes.

“The baby is all fine and I can see the sex already, you want to know it already? Or wait until it's born?” he asked smiling, Rain nodded excitedly.

“Wait for it, wait for it” he teased her and giggled.

“TELL MEEE!” Rain shouted tired of waiting, but a tiny bit of excitement escaped her lips.

“You're expecting a baby girl” he said, the smile on Rains lips grew wider and she was now smiling from one ear tot he other. 

*An Hour Later*

“Soo, was I right? Or was I right?” Libby teased giggling, Rain sighed and looked at her with disappointed eyes.

“You were right” she said and sighed disappointed.

“HAH! I KNEW IT! Hey, Rain, why are you upset?” Libby shouted but got worried as soon as she noticed the sad look on Rains face.

“I don't want a baby, well, at least not now because of my carrier and all that” Rain sighed.

Libby sighed and thought for a second.

“I CAN TAKE IT!” She shouted excited, “I'll be the baby's day mum and night mum if you want to” she continued. Rain looked at her with wide eyes.

“Fine, you'll be the day mum” Rain said and giggled a little.

“Sooo, is it a girl or a boy?” Libby asked jumping up and down in her seat on the couch.

“Girl” Rain replied, Libby screamed and jumped up and down even more excited then she had done just a few seconds ago, Rain just laughed at her.
