What an asshole. You couldn't stand him. You walked home. It was now 6:58 - you were late to dinner, and your body was now sore. Roy had kicked your ass (though it was upsetting to admit it.) To be fair, your parents would kick your ass if you even stood up for yourself.
You opened the door. Your mother began yelling at you. Great.
"[Name], don't you know what time it is?! You're supposed to at least check in."
You sighed and dropped your bags, she didn't care about the scars or the forming bruises.. again.
She sighed as well, that awful sigh that she's disappointed. "I'll be taking your phone if you do that again. Dinners in the fridge if you even want my cooking." She began walking away, "You probably filled up on sugar with your friends or something." She mumbled, now out of sight.
You grabbed some food (not what your mother made, she can be a bitch all she wants) and began to do your homework, you did a bit of math homework, easily passing through the slopes. Y = mx+b was an easy equation to remember after all. You had some history homework and ELA homework as well. Soon enough, you finished.
You turned on the TV and ate your "dinner," (which really just was cheese puffs and a Dr. Pepper) gladly taking a break from.. well.. everything that has happened today. Around 8:30 you decided to go upstairs where you stayed awake all night talking to your friends on Discord/Roblox/Xbox/ect.
AN: I hope you guys enjoy the story!! This was just a quick piece I wrote, nothing much. I promise next chapter is going to be MUCH MORE eventful
