Rosie POV

Tonight is the night, I can't wait to see Mariannes face when she sees us all dancing for her. She is an incredible woman and she deserves so much. I see everyone stretching and getting ready, I look around but can't see Henry, I quickly go to find him before the DJ announces us.
I see him sat in the gardens, he is slouched over, head in his head. I place my hand on his shoulder and he jumps, his leg is bouncy up and down.
"Are you okay?" I ask as I sit down next to him.
"Not really"
"What's wrong?"
He looks at me, straight in my eyes and for the first time I notice how pretty his eyes are.
"I'm nervous, well no......I'm shit scared"
"Of what?"
"Of screwing this up. Rosie I can't do this"
"Yes you can. You've been brilliant in rehearsals"
"That's when there wasn't a huge amount of people watching.

"Hey" I take his hand and pull him up, placing my hands on his face.
"All you have to do is concentrate on me okay. I'll be right there and we will be great"
"Rosie I don't...."
"Come on Henry do this for your mum and for your dad and well......for me. Please"
He sighs "okay"
I squeal and jump in his arms, I kiss his cheek as he hugs me back.
"Thank you" I take his hand and pull him towards the stage.
"Ladies and gentleman, we are here tonight to celebrate our wonderful Colin and Mariannes wedding anniversary" everyone goes crazy in the room.

"Marianne, Colin has a surprise for you. So please everyone put your hands together for the amazing Cavills and there dancing partners"
We all make our way out and get into position. I see Jeanette with Colin and she winks at me.
Henry places his hands on my waist and I smile whispering "just focus on me"
He nods and smiles back, the music starts and Henry and I start to move. His nerves seem to wash away and he starts really moving around the dance floor. He looks amazing and I'm so proud. I see Colin go to grab Marianne and she is laughing.

He starts to swing her around the dance floor and they look so happy. We finish the dance and everyone in the room starts to applaud. We all bow and I see Colin take the mic.
"Hello everyone, phew....let me catch my breath. Wow! I'm so glad everyone enjoyed that and you...." He take Mariannes hand and she smiles "this was for you, because I love you so much even after all these years, you continue to be the reason my heart beats, the reason behind my smile and the reason I wake up everyday and count my blessings. Marianne Cavil, meeting you was fate, becoming your friend was a choice but falling in love with you was totally beyond my control. I love you now and forever my love bug"

He dips her and kisses her deeply, the love these two have is so amazing and I can't help but get a little emotional. I tear my eyes from them as there sons gather around them smiling, I walk away and head for the gardens, not wanting anyone to see me cry again. I can't help but let my emotions out in moments like this, not having parents who shared that kind of love, I always have believed there is something wrong with me, that because of them I will be destined to be alone forever, I always dreamed I would be married and have kids but I just don't feel like that is ever going to happen for me and I don't know what to do about it.
