"Again" Zoe gushed "Thank you so much for saving me!"

Victoria rolled her eyes, "You've said that a million times. We get it, you're thankful. Move on"

"What Victoria is trying to say" Ava glared at Victoria, "Is that it wasn't a problem"

"Thank you anyway," Zoe turns away from Ava and toward Victoria, "You think I can get your number?"

"Why would you want that?"

"Cause you to seem cool"

Victoria looked at Zoe suspiciously, wondering what else there was to that question, "Let me ask that question again," her eyes got even smaller with suspicion and confusion and she leaned forward. Her butt was sticking out and her arms were crossed in a defensive position, "Why?"

Ava butted in before there could be a riff between the two, "That's a great idea, Zoe, let's make a group chat!" she said grinning at the idea of meeting a new person that wanted to stay in contact with them, as Victoria kept on scaring them off. "Give me your phone, I'll put our numbers in,"

Victoria stood there, looking at Zoe up close. She wasn't alone though, there was another customer in the section with her. The dots Victoria originally thought were freckles were really healed acne scars and there were some bumps across her forehead. Her eye was not brown, they looked like sweet honey in the sun with a gleam of mischief and disobedience but hidden deep underneath the surface, something was going on. Her other eye was off-white with an indent where the scar continued through the eye. Her thoughts were interpreted by Ava saying something to Zoe

"Alright, there you go, our numbers are in there. Text us when you can" Ava said to Zoe, "We need to get home now but see you around"

"Come on Victoria, my moms waiting for us," Ava said waving Victoria along,
