I sat down on the branch humming a song as I thought about what living truly meant...

I felt the wind blowing gently through the forest hearing birds chirping I smiled and continued humming

I leaned forward a bit seeing my twin brother climb up the tree to sit and stargaze with me

He finally reaches the same branch I'm on and sits down with me I turn around ever so slightly so he could play with my hair for a bit
And if that mockingbird bird don't sing...
It was near midnight when my brother, Leonard tugged me up holding my sleeve tightly making me turn around and freeze
Mama's gonna buy you a diamond ring...
We both were froze we didn't like being around other people as we've grown to never trust anyone but our own, and by that I mean nobody but me and Leonard....
And if that diamond ring turns to brass...
"Hallo Kinder" this made me clench my jaw I just looked downwards towards the ground not to far away "Antworte oder du wirst einen Preis zahlen."
Mama's gonna buy you a looking glass...
He gasped "Ah... es tut mir leid, aber bitte komm her, es könnte dort gefährlich sein!" He held his hand out but I shuffled closer to Leon

And if that looking glass tips over...
He realized I wasn't going to take his hand and instead reached for our bodies making us flinch and that made him frown a bit
Mama's gonna buy you a little dog named rover...
"Nun, Kinder, darf ich nach euren Namen fragen?" I was about to saw something before I almost fell off but Leon saved me from actually falling down and dying
And if that little dog named rover runs away...
I looked at Leon dead in the eye silently taking with eye movements before we both nodded "Ich bin Lucius... und er ist Leonard..." I mumbled which was barely audible (*insert more internal screaming* AlexRichards018 I do hope your updating more bc it's like what 11:13 pm rn. And I don't wanna be up writing but here we are. 😀👈👉🔪👍) "Nun, es war schön, euch Kinder zu treffen, aber ich muss jetzt gehen..." and with that he jumped down and faded out of view
