Chapter 10 Happly ever after

After three days in the hospital, everyone including Lucy was sent home safe and sound. Lucy will have crushes for awhile so then her new foot can adjust and get use to her foot and to help it heal her. Everyone woke up around 9:00 in the morning. Everyone had pancakes and juice for breakfast. After breakfast, they al decided to have some fun and splash in the pool. Everyone including Cathy and Steven, all went in the pool and played together as a family. They all took turns sliding down the slide. Everyone has a blast playing all day. They played till 8:00 o'clock. "Inside everyone. We are going to watch a movie, so get dress and comeback down stairs. We will let you all vote on one." Cathy and Steven explained. Everybody got out of the pool and dried off. Then, everyone dashed inside, went up stairs to their rooms and they all got dressed in their pajamas. Lucy did not go swimming because of her leg, but she just wanted to watch them anyway. Lucy got dressed and everything and met down stairs with everyone else. They all decided to watch frozen as a family. They all had popcorn while watching the movie. The movie lasted an hour and thirty minutes. After the movie was over, everyone past out on the couch. The next morning everyone woke up at 10:00. They all had a nice healthy breakfast. They had cereal with milk in it and juice for a drink. After everyone was finished, Steven left for work while Cathy was cleaning the house. The kids were playing freeze tag in the backyard. Everyone was having fun. After Cathy was done cleaning, she called all the kids inside to spend more time with her. "What do you guys want to do?" Cathy asked. "Can we go out to lunch when it's time, But in the mean time can we play in the pool." Angela explained. "Yes that's a good idea. Ho ahead and play in the pool while I try to look for a restaurant to go to." Cathy stated as the kids ran to their rooms to get their bathing suits back on. Everyone grabbed a towel and ran down stairs to the porch. They all put on sunscreen. They all waited till the sunscreen sucked in. After that, they went in the pop and slashed each other. Cathy wanted the kids to go to Logan's. She got dressed and went outside and told the kids to get dress because they were going to the restaurant. They all hopped out of the pool, dried off and went in their rooms to change. After everyone was done changing, they all hopped in the car and darted off. Five minutes later they arrived at the restaurant. The restaurant was not familiar to anyone. They all walked in astonishment the way the restaurant looked. The Florence was covered with peanuts and there were tubs full of peanuts as well. You could throw as many peanuts as you want on the floor. A employee showed them their table they will be served at. There was a bucket of peanuts on the tables too. The waitress passed out the menus to everyone. Everyone told Cathy what they wanted. Lewis wanted a hamburger with French fries. Emma wanted corn dogs with French fries. Sophia wanted chicken tenders with a fruit bowl. Lucy wanted mild chicken wings with fries. Last but not least Angela ordered a hot dog with Mac and cheese. "And for drink?" Cathy asked. Lucy got coke. Lewis got lemonade. Angela got sprite.Sophia got milk and Emma got root beer. The waitress wrote down the orders on her note pad and headed tours the kitchen. The children enjoyed eating the peanuts and throwing the shell on the floor. Twenty minutes later the waitress came out with our drinks. she talked while she was passing them out. "Here is your sprite and your root beer. Then we have milk. Coke. Here is your lemonade." The waitress stated as she passed out the drinks. Everyone started to enjoy their drinks and start to talk and get to know each other more. ten minutes later the waitress came back with their food. As the waitress passed out the food, A lady walked in and shouted "I'm looking for a little girl that's seven and her name is Emma." Emma could not see the lady's face because she was covering it with a hood. Finally she took her hood off. Then, Emma ran around the waitress and went up to hug her mom that has come to see her. "I've come to take you home. We are rich." Linda explained "You are? That's great." Emma paused "But what about them, They're my family too. Can we live with them because they are rich as well?" Emma questioned "of course what ever you want." Linda answered as Emma hugged her tight. Linda joined the table with Cathy and the children. Everyone was having a good awesome day. Everyone was having fun and eating their favorite foods. After they went to the restaurant, they went home with Linda as well. When they got home Emma introduced the whole entire house to Her mom. Then, the last place she showed Linda was her room, which was humongous. Linda started to cry. "Thanks for everything Cathy, for taking care of my daughter and I know what happened." Linda cried as she reached over to hug Emma. "No problem. Oh and did I mention that Steven is coming home early to spend time with the kids." Cathy explained "Oh that would be great." Linda explained. "What are we going to do Cathy?" Sophia asked. "We will splash around in the pool like you all like to do anyway. A car pulled up and Steven was in his bathing suit. He ran inside to the porch and jumped in the pool and shouted very loud "cannon ball peeps!"
