Can you guess what we did the next morning? If you said drive the boat right where X marked the spot then you're correct. JJ drove and JB was in charge of directions. I sat back in the boat completely spaced out so I wish I could tell you what happens next but I cant the only thing I can tell you is when everyone started to shout I came back to reality. I ran over to the camera view and I whispered, "Its the royal merchant." In disbelief. Everyone started to yell about the gold so I said, "If it was there, it would have been detected on the metal detector, ok? Somebody beat us to it." JJ had to make one of his snarky comments and said, "Or it was never there." Which made me more mad then I already was.

I told JJ I would spend the night at his house since his dad went off somewhere and he was lonely so I left JB and the rest of the group. I hugged John B tight not knowing what could happen when he goes back home. "I love you be careful, dumb ass." I said letting go of John B and he replied with, "I love you too, shit head." I smiled before walking off with JJ towards his house.

"So we probably need to talk about this don't we?" I asked once me and JJ were sitting on his couch. "What is "this" referencing to?" I smiled and shook my head. "Us." He opened his mouth and then shut it at the same time. "Yeah we probably do, don't we cupcake?" I nodded and got closer to him infact so close that our lips were inches apart and JJ was very fast to close that gap. I felt his chapped but soft lips crash against mine and at that moment I felt sparks in my stomach and it felt like I had just went to heaven. Its not like me and JJ haven't kissed before but something about this one at this moment had me feeling something I've never felt for JJ, love. Not in the bestfreinds way I loved him like since 3rd grade but love like the way Ive hid my feelings for JJ Maybank since 3rd grade. I pulled my lips away from his even though I wanted that moment to last forever. "J." I said as soon as I pulled away and he answered with, "Jada." I smiled and looked deep in his beautiful eyes. "Ive never wanted something so badly before but it cant happen because of the rule." I said finally finding the right words. "Jada Belle Routledge, Ive never felt this way for anyone." JJ said grabbing my hands and putting them in his. "You wanna know something?" I nodded and looked at his lips then eyes again. "Theres nobody here except us so it would only be breaking the rules if they knew about it." I smiled knowing what he meant by that then cupped his face and started to make out with him. I had never imagined this in a million years but here I am having sex with JJ Maybank, the boy who Ive truly loved since the second I met him.

I remember last night very vividly because last night was one of the first nights Ive been sober for months. I fell asleep in JJ's arms last night and woke up not knowing where he was. I put my shorts from yesterday on then stole one of JJ's hoodies and walked outside where I heard the shots of a gun. I walked out to find JJ shooting a teddy bear that didn't ever do anything to him. As I began to approach JJ, Pope started to yell his name and I looked over at him. "JJ! They know." JJ took his headphones off and I gasped a little. "Chill bro all right? They don't know shit." JJ said approaching Pope and giving me a slight smile in his hoodie. "Topper knows I sunk his boat" Pope seemed stressed as fuck so I tried to calm him down by hugging him. "How do you know they know?" I asked while he let go of me. "Because Rafe and Topper posted outside of Heyward's and mad dogged me." I began to feel bad for the poor boy as he paced back and forth. "Will you calm down and get a grip? They don't know shit." JJ tried his best to convince Pope to calm down but it didn't work. "They have cameras. They could've seen me."

"There was no power how could they have seen you?"

"Its Figure Eight. They got generators." I hugged Pope once more this time in front of JJ and I could see the small slither of jealousy in his eyes. "They don't give scholarships to kids who vengefully sink boats." Pope started to lose his sanity. "Enough with the regret bro!" JJ snapped at Pope who was completely overcome by his nerves. "They caved your face in and almost broke my nose. They hit us, we hit them." I said sitting behind JJ. "Its the law of the jungle." JJ added to my sentence. "Now if any Kooks come up to you and ask if you had anything to do with it, you walk up to them, look them right in the eye and...?" JJ waited for Pope to finish his sentence. "Deny the living shit out of it." Pope said and I guessed what JJ would say next so we then both said at the same time, "Thats right. Deny, deny, deny." Then JJ looked back at me and I rolled my eyes. "But just for safety we don't go anywhere without protection." JJ pointed at the gun sitting beside me.
