At Denver and Columbia

After the train crashing into another train and kept moving forward, we can see them engaging a gun fight as they stumbled across some of the henchmen of The White Plague 

Despite them managing to kill some of them, Columbia got hit in the right leg, with Denver getting hit in the left shoulder, causing them to find cover, while Denver shoots multiple bullets at the remaining henchmen as she carries Columbia

When they managed to find cover, Denver reloads her gun while Columbia founds some clothing to cover her wounds until the fight is over for them to find a hospital to treat there injuries 

Then suddenly they heard more gunshots that took down some of the remaining men and saw that it was Cleveland and Montpelier who took out the remaining men, with them having a few scratches and bruises that they received when the train crashed earlier

Denver: *sighs in relief* Thank God it was you both

When she said this Cleveland and Montpelier check there wound, with Denver saying she can still fight

But Denver felt something is wrong from above causing her to tell everyone to get away from there position as bullets came out on the top of the train, causing the 4 to shoot there guns on top of the train aswell, as the henchmen climbed on top of the train after the crash was over and decided to surprise attack Denver and her sisters from above, which failed to injure them further and some of the men getting killed and falling of the train

As there gun fight continues, with Denver telling her sisters to stay silent when they move into different position to shoot them, they all suddenly heard AA guns being fired, with the henchmen on top of the train screaming in pain when the train crosses a very, very long bridge, with Cleveland checking the windows of the train where she can see the Bridge, causing her eyes to widen on what she witnessed

There were about 6 shipgirls in the lake that is close to the bridge that the train is crossing, with Ise leading them

Ise: Tell Laffey later that she is right when we come back after taking down those mysterious men, and alert the Kyoto Police Station about this train, It might crash into an near by town from that speed

Then Ise felt a bullet pass by her cheek and was bleeding a little

Ise: Shit those guys on top of the train had Anti-Shipgirl bullets, which are illegal, open fire your AA guns and try not to damage the bridge and kill many as you can!

With that the 5 other shipgirls opened fired at the men that fired on them, with some getting killed

Cleveland: At least we got ourselves some help for awhile

Denver: Yeah, let's hope Mr. Hiroyuki is alright-!

then suddenly one of the AA gun bullet's hit a certain part of the train, that unknowingly to the other sisters is where Mr. Hiroyuki is fighting White Plague

A few seconds ago

At Koji

After he managed to kill many henchmen he managed to find his father who is on the floor and is groaning in pain as White Plague managed to defeat him

Suddenly a AA bullet hit they train they are in causing Koji to fell in pain  from the explosion , with a chair preventing him to stand up and accidentally dropping his weapon

With this he watched White Plague do Russian Roulette to his father, He knew he had to do something or else-

His wish came true when the water bottle that Birmingham placed the sleeping powder and that make Clark fell asleep fell into the trash bin and goes near him

Using this opportunity he grabbed and throwed it at the White Plague's head
