Y/N
That was one of the best sleep I ever had. I slowly walked out of the house to grab some new clothes and bathroom necessities in my car. It might be around 5 in the morning but I'm not sure cause my phone died.

When I reached the room they gave me Eva came out of nowhere. She startled me. "Oh my god, you scared me," I awkwardly laughed. Her angry expression softens down back to a smile. "Y/N! I thought you left without saying goodbye or something," She frowns reaching for my hair softly.

The weird tension and the way she kept trying to have a physical connection are freaking me out. "Oh no, I'd never leave without saying goodbye. I was just grabbing some stuff from my car. That's all!" She grins and hugged me. "Good. Hey, The girls and I are going on a hike. You should come,"

It sounds a little fishy. Why would anyone bring a stranger on a hike other than to kill them? "Don't worry, we're not dangerous. It'll be a fun way to hang out," She might as well read my mind. I am living on someone else's property and they could literally accuse me of trespassing so I agreed.

The hike took around 45 minutes to 1 hour. I was dragging my body around with my weak legs. I don't know how the others are capable of walking this far away without sounding like they're dying. Especially Eva. She did not show any tiredness one bit. The fact that she looks and acts so perfect is strange to me.

We finally reached the top and I slammed my body to the ground. My legs are weak and my lungs are pumping air in and out as quickly as possible. They all giggled at me. "Don't worry, I was just like you when I first joined Decawin," Salem assured me. "Decawin? You guys still give names to friend groups?" I ask more concerned by their friendship group having a name than me almost dying from the hike. Are they 12?

They looked at each other not happy with my question except for Eva who still had her smile plastered on her face. "We're not just a friendship group. We're a woman's empowerment group, a lifestyle. Life couldn't be better when Eva made me join Decawin," A girl who I think is Janine explained. Cricket agreed with her. "She's right, Eva helped me and now I'm 3 years sober," "Mhm, She helped me with my fluency disorder and I literally joined a couple of months ago, I think," Salem added.

"So what do you guys do? Just hike and hang out?" I ask genuinely interested in their organization. "Well, we prefer the term retreat. We specialize in unlocking female potential. Teaching, training, and most of the time healing. All through E.U.," Eva said softly. I hear what she's saying but honestly, my brain didn't. It just kicked out whatever Eva said to me.

"You look tense. You should do E.U.," Cricket suggested. Eva lit up hearing this. "What a great suggestion, Cricket! You really should," Eva grinned. I don't know if E.U. is a new slang or if they're just making up words. "I assume you don't know what E.U. is. E.U. is like a counseling session where we could talk about anything that'll help you heal mentally," "So, like a therapy session?" Eva chuckled lowly. "Exactly,"

They agreed that it was enough hiking for the day and started gathering their things to go back. My legs hurt so bad I think I won't be able to run or even walk a little fast. This might be a punishment for never wanting to exercise or something.

When we entered the house, some of the girls went to the kitchen to start cooking right away. They might as well be chefs cause the food they make always tastes so good. "Thank you for everything, I'm grateful that I got to meet your uh... friend group. I think I might be leaving tomorrow morning," I said to Eva. Her expression turned to a concerned one. "Tomorrow? But the day after tomorrow's my birthday. It wouldn't hurt to stay for another day, would it?" Eva frowns holding both my hands.

She has a lot of friends. I don't know why she would want me to be there. I'm literally just someone who is borrowing their place to rest for a bit. But the way she's looking at me now is so captivating and sad I don't have the heart to deny her request. "Okay," Is the only thing I managed to get out. Janine passed me a plate and we all ate lunch together.
