I added way to many to begin with so oof-

From normal sonic characters:
Sonic - Sonic shows/comics/and games
Shadow - Sonic X
Silver - Sonic Fanon (looked it up this is what I found for both of them)
Blaze - Sonic Fanon
Amy - Sonic Boom/ Sonic X
Knuckles - Sonic X
Tails - Sonic X
EggMan - Sonic X
Chaos - Sonic X (Not evil and can speak)
Tikal - Sonic X (Will play a role in helping Chaos)
Chris - taking place in Sonic X timeline
Vanilla - The only responsible one
Cream - Will just be mentioned most of the time

TMOM character's:
Sonic - TMOM alteration (Issue 14)
Shadow - TMOM alteration (Issue 14)
Silver - TMOM alteration (Issue 14)
Sol - TMOM character (Issue 6?)
Blaze - TMOM alteration (Issue 14)
Bunny - TMOM character (Issue 11?)
Brunette - TMOM character (Revived with soul for plot)
Zielo- TMOM character (No sin in Puffball XD)
Cileos - TMOM character (Revived for plot)
Hepphis - TMOM character (Revived for plot)
Ivo - Will be a ghost following Sonic for plot

Characters that will show for plot or just because:

Zonic - No Zone Sonic (plays a role at beginning)
Me/G.EM - Play role of breaking fourth wall [Gem]
Bleen - Helper with task (messenger)

There were a lot more before but I cut back as much as I could possibly without completely altering the entire story.
