Chapter 47

Sarah POV

I shoot back to him saying "a dress" I tried swallowing but the tears came faster when Brayden looked me in the eyes and said "let's just go back in and your gonna leave to go downstairs " I nodded my head and walking back into the room with Brayden hand on my back behind me. They sat back down and I said " well uh great meeting you all but I'm going to join the fun" I said walking past one of the guys that was about Brayden age when he stopped me and said "why would you join the fun down there when we can have much more fun here" he said tucking my hair behind my ears and he put his arm around my neck holding my back against his chest. "get off me i squirmed but he dug his nails into my arms

 I stood there frozen looking at Brayden in the eyes hoping he would help clutching my purse with both arms. The man rocked me and he hugged me around the chest and placed his chin on my head facing me to Brayden. "Wouldn't we have fun Brayden?" he said looking down on me. I stood still as Brayden still watched and then finally said. " cousin get off of her" he let go and I let out a deep breath and going back downstairs. I went to the bar and got a shot. I couldn't see Thomas so I had another. 

I wasn't drunk but I decided to have fun and walk over to the dance floor. There was a group of girls dancing and I joined them. We had a amazing time. Sometimes I would catch glimpses of Brayden looking down from the balcony. We were dancing to the loud music when everything turned almost blurry. I could hear my breath quicken and felt my heart race. I had this awful feeling in my heart and it felt like I couldn't breath. Like my lungs didn't work. I phased back into the music and tripped pushing into people having the music blasting in my ears. I was gasping for air and needed to get out. Leaving I stumbled to the front door and walked outside where it was dark and cool walking down to the side of the building.  my hands  were shaking and  I tried taking deep breaths but kept on taking short fast ones. 

My hand was on my heart and I fell against the building wall sitting down on the floor. I was hyperventilating and tears streamed down my face. I tried getting up but i couldn't move.  Then Thomas came running down near me and sat across from me. "Hey, hey hey, ssshhhhh it's ok" he said grabbing my arms and pulling them away from my chest. " I... I can't breath" I said taking quick breaths barely able to get the right words out. "Ssss no it's ok. Look at me. Your ok. It just a panic attack. Come here" he said rubbing my arms up and down them pulling me into a hug. I took a couple deep breaths and tried to calm down. I was still breathing quick when Thomas kept holding me and rubbed his hand behind my head playing with my hair. "I can't breath. I can't breath" I said gasping for air. He pulled away from me and I leaned against the wall still gasping for air.

"Ok imma gonna get you some water. Your dehydrated. I'll be right back" Thomas said and ran off. When he left I closed my eyes trying to block it out grabbing my wrist and pushing my nail into a couple times calming me down. Thomas came runing back out with a water bottle and I quickly hid my wrist and he sat back down across from me again handing me the water. I drank it and then my breathing got back to normal. 

 We sat there for a couple minutes when Brayden came out and ran over to me. He Bent down and said " Sarah you ok? What happened?" Thomas looked at me then at Brayden's I couldn't get the words out to admit it myself when Thomas said" she had a miner panic attack but she is better now" he said smiling at me. "Ha thanks to you" I said as Brayden helped me get up. "Well let's get you home to rest. I think the party is over" Brayden said walking me to the car.
