-Neteyams pov-

I woke up the next morning and got some berries out for my siblings. My parents went out for the day for their weekly day away from the kids' date.

Everyone was soon awake munching on the berries when I heard the worst news ever. "Bro! We are hanging out with Aonung, Tsireya, and Roxto today!" My brother said excitedly.

"Don't worry, Tuk is staying at a friend's hut all day.." Kiri chuckles.

"Why do I have to hang out with them?" I groaned. "They are not even our friends, and that girl doesn't even know who we are. Also, didn't you fight that guy Aonung?!"

"Maybe they aren't our friends now, but they could be if you opened up a bit.." Kiri sighs. I glared at her before I finished up my berries.

Eventually, we all finished up and dropped Tuk off at her friend's hut. We made it to the place we were supposed to meet up at. Kiri says they call it the sleepover/hangout hut.

"Hey guys!" My brother says happily, walking into the hut. The others were already there. I glared at Aonung as my sister Kiri was already taking to Roxto.

While they talked, the other siblings came over to me and my brother. But before they could say anything, i heard that annoying voice. "Hey!" Chole yells, running over to my baby brother practically knocking him over. "What are you doing here with them?" She questioned, glaring at Tsireya.

"Nothing, just hanging out..." He sighs. I could tell something was up with him. Did he not like his new girlfriend?

"Alright, Lo'ak, I'll be on my way now.." She sighs. "I'll be back soon, don't you worry!"

As soon as she left, my brother let out a long sigh. "You know.. if you don't like her, why not just break up with her?" Aonung asked, Tsireya nodded in agreement.

"No, I do. It's just... I don't know.. sometimes she's too much." My brother sighs. "But she's gone now, so let's have fun before she comes back!"

"What are we gonna do?" Tsireya asked.

"Hmm.." My brother states as he gets deep in thought.

"I know!" I heard Roxto shout. We all turned to look at him. "What about hide and seek, but in pairs?!"

"Alright, who's gonna be partners, and what are the rules?" I questioned.

"Well, obviously, no swimming." Roxto states. "Try to stay around this area, so stay on the reef front kind of..."

"I'll be partners with Roxto!" Kiri chimed in as she giggled.

"I can be with Tsireya.." My brother states awkwardly. This meant I had to be with the person who either hates my guts or could be a potential friend. Regardless, I don't have any friends...

"Alright, I'll be with him.." Aonung smiles at me. What up with him? I'm not buying into his little scheme.. I rolled my eyes.

"Uhh, we'll count first.." Tsireya chimed in, lowering the growing tension in the room. "You have five minutes.. better hurry!"

We quickly ran out separating from the other pair. "Here! Follow me!" Aonung whisper shouts. I followed him, and we made it to a tiny hole. When we crawled in it, it opened up to a bioluminescent cave. It wasn't big, quite small, actually. There was enough room for us to squeeze in close together.
