Ann's point of view
I looked at Daniel and said to him.
"It's gonna be alright we can do it"
-Ann
I saw in her eyes a blazing dragon that is ready to be a champion. We are now going to compete with other schools. As we walk I felt nervous we were against East High School there were two boys who are going to participate. Ok the first round is about to start.
Daniel's point of view
I was getting pumped to compete the first question is about to say so. First the host gave us instructions.
"So there are buzzers in front of you if you know the answer the specific answer you earn a point. If you pressed the buzzer and didn't answer or have not answer within the time limit will not earn any point and the other team can steal. Whoever earns the first 3 points can go to the semi-finals"
-Host
We all nodded our face with excitement
"The first question:
1. What percentage of the earth is covered by water?"
-Host
*buzz*
The other team first damn
"hmm about 71%"
-East High School
"Correct!!"
-Host
And a number 1 appeared on there side
"Next question:
2. What sorts of signals does the brain use to communicate sensations, thoughts and actions?"
-Host
I immediately pressed our buzzer to tell the answer
"The answer is The single cells in the brain communicate through electrical and chemical signals"
-Daniel
I said so rapidly the host paused for a second and understand my answer
"Correct!!!"
-Host
A point yesss
"Next question:
Did dinosaurs and humans ever exist at the same time?"
-Host
I immediately pressed it again I didn't gave Ann a chance to press the buzzer but I'll give her a chance later
"The answer is No. Dinosaurs went extinct at the end of the Cretaceous period, 65 million years ago. Modern humans did not appear until around 200,000 years ago"
-Daniel
I answered it confidently
"Correct"
-Host
2 points yesss
So I would let Ann press the buzzer
"Next question:
What is Darwin's theory of the origin of species?"
-Host
Well guess did Ann pressed the buzzer........NO!!! SO SLOW
"Darwin's theory of species origination says that natural selection chooses organisms that possess variable and heritable traits and that are best suited for their environments"
-Other team
"So accurate correct!!"
-Host
A point to the other uuuggghhh
"Well it's going to be a tie breaker question yeam who will answer this correctly wins!!"
-Host
"The final question:
Why is the sky blue?"
-Host
Sorry if it's short
