Work out:

Set one;
15 pushups
25 sit ups
20 shoulder taps
15 jumping jacks
15 squats
30 second low & high planks
30 second leg lift
15 Russian twists
25 flutter kicks

Set two;
10 pushups
15 situps
10 shoulder taps
10 jumping jacks
10 squats
15 second low & high planks
15 second leg lift
10 Russian twists
15 flutter kicks

Set three;
5 pushups
10 situps
6 shoulder taps
5 jumping jacks
5 squats
10 second low & high planks
10 second leg lift
5 Russian twists
10 flutter kicks

Run:
5-10 minute run done after work outs
