Runaway Shifter {Completed}

Prepare for battle

I shift first. I have long, straight red hair, green eyes and lightly tanned skin. Just after I shift Aspen does. He has short, spiky black hair, warm hazel eyes and pale skin.
"Okay then, follow me. We're almost there" Aspen tells me over his shoulder as he's walking away.

I follow him a few steps behind him, taking in the sights of the forest at night. Suddenly Aspen stops and I almost walk into the back of him.
"Something's wrong"

Just as he said that a horse came charging towards us. But not just any horse, it was Balthazar with his pitch black coat and the coldest, brightest blue eyes you could ever imagine.

I shift quickly into my lion and roar, the loudest roar I have ever roared. Aspen gasps but I pay him no attention for I have more important matters at hand.
"Why did you runaway? I thought we had something special" Balthazar says with a sneer on his face.
"You forced me to stay with you. You held me captive. I can't see how we would ever have something special between us" I growl.

Without looking away from Balthazar, I say
"Aspen quick lead me to your Alpha"

And with that we run away from Balthazar, weaving through the trees. Aspen leads the way and we are soon outside the Alphas house. In human form I knock on the door loudly.
"Enter" A deep voice says.

I enter swiftly, still in human form. Aspen also enters behind me.
"Alpha, this is Guinevere. She is able to shift into multiple animals" Aspen informs his Alpha.
"I'm Thelonius, but you can call me Theo. I am the Alpha of the forest wolves. What brings you here Guinevere?"
"The horse shifters, their Alpha Balthazar wants me to mate with him so that his pack can get my powers as well"
"I believe you. I know Balthazar and that is certainly something he would do"
"Well, he's on his way here now and I don't think it's to sit down and talk with us" I say hurriedly.

When I say this Theo stares into space for a few seconds then says
"Then we better get the wolves ready"
