Third Person POV
Riker knelt next to the young girls body, with tears rushing down his face, it was a deadly silence, except from the short sharp breaths coming rapidly out of Sophie's little broken body.
A crowd started to form with a mix of paparazzi's and concerned neighbours,
and the most important of all a blaring ambulance.
This was where everything seemed to go in slow motion, Sophie's sharp breaths faded into nothing. The paramedics pushed riker to the side going to her lifeless body.
Sophie got loaded into the ambulance. Riker soon followed limping behind as reality came crashing down on him. This is real And this is really happening.
At the hospital Riker got dragged away from her body to get seen to Sophie was instantly taken to the intensive care unit.
Rikers Pov
I was wheeled into A&E (Accident and Emergency) to have my ankle checked over. however I didn't want to be here I wanted to be with Sophie.
After a few hours,it turns out my ankle was fractures. I was finally allowed out of A&E. I grabbed my crutches and went over to the main desk.
"how may I help you sir?" The lady behind the desk asked.
"what room is Sophie Lynch in?" I asked
"What relation are you to the patient sir?" She asks.
" I'm her Brother" I say.
"she is in ICU room 211" she says.
I hobble off to her room. I could barely make her out from all the wires and the casts on her small body.
I grab a chair sitting next to her bed. I put my head on her hand preying, preying for a miracle.

Last night I got told that it would be a miracle if Sophie wakes up from this.The doctors told me that she wasn't ten she was 7. this was my biggest shock. I just want her to be ok
