Jake POV
I was walking back home, through the same path I always take, through 'Tiana's Cafe', it's always peaceful there, there's not much people in the street where the cafe is, this usually helps me focus more into my thoughts, or in this case....Ivy.
It was already about 6:00 in the evening, the sun was setting, and the ocean stayed peaceful, everything was going right today. That was....Until Is saw something that made me clench my fists so hard that it turned white.
Ivy/Angelic POV
I decided to walk back home, just to get some fresh air and lose myself into my thoughts. I was walking to this street full of shops, this street was really close to the street where 'Tiana's Cafe' is, i heard about that place being the hangouts of most students in Idriam High, but I take it that there wouldn't be any students there, judging by the fact that it's a Friday, and that there weren't as much people in this 'shopping street', anyways school was really hard, so I would've done the same thing most students would do...stay at home till Monday comes; I was just thinking about doing that when I get home. But that will have to get a 'Rain-check', because a group of 3 boys seemingly drunk came up to me, pushed me to the nearest alley(apparently close to the cafe), pushed me to a wall and started making sexual suggestions to me, deciding on what they should do to me.
"Ughhh let go of me, you drunk freaks!!!!" I shouted
"Look at what we got here boys, she's a fiesty one" said the tall one while licking his lips
"Yeah, your right Drake..."
"Damn She's HOT" they all shouted in unison, just then... Whack! Smash! I heard punches, I heard moans of pain, but I never looked at it, the whole time I covered my face with my legs, suddenly.... The sound of punching and moaning stopped, exchanged with running, and... the sound of footsteps coming towards me, I hugged my legs tighter, wishing for my brother Lucas to be here. But then I heard a familiar voice call my name, I looked up and smiled, but my smile soon faded when I saw him in his condition, all bruised and bleeding everywhere, "Jake" I thought to myself...
A few moments later Jake fell onto my shoulder, I gasped at Jake's sudden movement, "He seemed to have passed out" I said quietly.
I layed him down on the ground for a moment, just to look out the alley if anyone saw what happened, no one is there, thank goodness. I extended my wings, carried Jake, and flew to his house, luckily no one was as much as outside their houses, so I flew to where Jake lives, his parents were on a holiday vacation for two months on Paris, so Jake is alone for a while; I felt really sorry for Jake, so instead of leaving, I stayed there with him, in his house, during the time that Jake was unconscious, I healed him with my powers, but apparently I'm still a Seraph-in-training, which means that in order for me to heal....I have to have my hands gently placed on a person's stomach, so with a long regretful sigh, I took of Jake's shirt and started to heal him, first I wiped out all the blood off him with a warm damp towel, and later on finished the rest of the injuries with my powers; but after all that healing.... I froze....kneeling there....my eyes locked into his abs....
"What are you doing Ivy?!" Said a voice in my mind
"Well.....Jake is really Handsome and Hot...."
I debated with my mind for about ten minutes until....
"Arghhhh" came a groan
"J-J-Jake!?"I stuttered, my face going red from the sight of his crystal blue eyes locked onto mine. Jake felt around his body for any signs of bruises or bleeding but found nothing.
"What happened?"
"Oh.....well.... You got really bruised and started to bleed, so... I took you back to your house to help you recover, luckily I know a remedy for these types of injuries that works really fast, also..... I decided to stay with you for the weekends cause you know.... Your all alone in this house, also don't worry about my siblings, I already left them a text message saying that I'm staying at your house for the weekends" I replied
"Well....Thanks Ivy...." Jake said, and at the same time, He leaned towards me and pressed his lips onto mine, slowly pushing my head closer, deepening the kiss.
"Best Friday Ever" I thought to myself
