Chapter 5: The Date

Ivy/Angelic POV
What should I do? Ohhhhh..... Help me!! Someone!!
Was the only thing I kept thinking.
But then I just blacked out, the shock left a mark on my soul, It was so traumatic.

Well a its already Wednesday and it's again another day of school... But the teachers kept saying that there's no school after today... I couldn't stop thinking about what happened with Austin.
I was just walking over to the school field to see Jake when.... He just ran to me and hugged me tight... But I can tell this was no loving hug... It was a sad, pitiful hug.
"Ivy, I know what happened between you and Austin..." Was what Jake said, but then he ran away, tears on his eyes.
"Jake!!!, don't run, I can explain!!!" I shouted, trying so hard to fight the tears.
"Explain what!? Huh! If you want to make it up to me so badly.....th...then attend my Rugby game tonight!!"
Then he ran away again.
Fine!! I guess I will! I thought to myself.

Well... It's nighttime already and I still need to attend Jake's Rugby game.
I was walking with Molly to the school field, we sat on the bleachers up front to get a better view of the game.
I was really cheering on for Jake, despite the sadness in me, they were winning.
"GO JAKE!!!! GO" I was shouting like some weirdo on the bleachers... But then again, who isn't shouting on the bleachers, am I right!!!
So the game's already finished but, when Jake scored the last score for the team and won... He ran to the bleachers where I was, he jumped to it, and then leaned closer to me and whispered this in my ear, so that only the two of us could hear it..."Will you go out on a date with me Tonight Ivy? C'mon, it will make up for the Austin problem that you
Devastated me with?"
"Fine Jake, I will" I whispered
And at that moment, Jake quickly kissed my cheek and jumped off to the crowd waiting to carry him back to the P.E department.
But at the same time he also kept shouting: "She said YES!!!!!!"
I only giggled at the exciting atmosphere.
That's Jake for you, hehe....
I walked with Molly back to school
"I need to get a rest from all that excitement Molls, plus, it was getting really stuffy in that place, full of sweaty Jocks and...."
"You mean sweaty but GORGEOUS Jocks" she interrupted
"Yeah, whatever, and like I need to get ready for Jake, knowing him... I think he'll pick me up in about an hour"
"Ohhhh, yayyy, can I help, Can I?!?!" Molly exclaimed
"Sure, I need all the help I can get Molls, I mean look at me, I look like a prom nightmare!"
"Oh I know, with that sagging face, that overheating face as red as a tomato and th....."
"Mollllyyyyy!!!!"
"Ok, ok fine, fine, I'll help you"
"Thanks!"
"No prob Ives"
"Your the bestest friend I've ever had since I came to this school"
"Awww... You too"
"Ok, let's get ready Molls"
"Kk"

So we basically went back home to my house, did basic stuff like introduce her to Sarah and Lucas, go night shopping quickly, and all that stuff.

"Hold still Ivy! Aghhhhhh!" Molly was trying to fix my hair, but I rather not explain the details why I wouldn't keep still.... If she sees the glowing Halo I hid inside my hair, my cover would've been blown, no way hose, Ain't nobody got time for that now"
"Oh I just need help with the makeup and the dress I'm wearing Molls... I could just have Sarah help me with my hair later ok?"
"Fine, your lucky I'm an expert in Make up and Fashion"
"I guess I am Molls"
"Oh I know you are, cause nobody could ever resist mwah." Molly said, while moving her hand up and down while it faces her.
"Ok, Ok" I just rolled my eyes and went on with the Date preparations.
"Oh and Ives, I found the most perfect outfit for this occasion that you should like totally wear, have a look."
She showed me a beautiful and gorgeous pair of matching shoes with a thick tank top... To summarise whate she wants me to look like, her plan is to give me a small plain hat with brown short shorts with white T shirt that says Angel and a jacket hanging around my waist... I'd look totally rebellious in that. Despite the Angel-word bit.
Later on, Molly's plan came a success, I'm now ready Jake I smiled.

Jake POV
I was getting ready for Ivy, I already cleaned myself, as in like took a shower and stuff.
I'm plan on wearing a checkered Polo, and long Jeans, ya know, like Southern style kinda-sorta....

I knocked on the door, It was about 8 o'clock already, Ivy would expect me to pick her up in an hour or so.
Sweet, I finally get to date my babe! Was all I could think.
Until the door opened, and what I saw on the other side of that door made my Jaw drop.....
A.N. So tell me what you think about this chapter.... Somehow I feel like making a hilarious twist where the person Jake sees is actually Molly, all saggy and tired of helping Ivy for a while... Lol.
Also be aware that I might update slowly for a while....
