In this Union City,every people will born their superpowers such as Quirk,Semblance,Sacred Gear and Ninja Art.These people will head to a heroes school called Union Academy and start learning to combat,investigate and use their superpowers.However,some people will have 20% chance to born without those superpowers and this is a story about a boy name Makoto Fuwa who doesn't have any superpower.

Kaylee:*Sad*I wish my brother have those superpowers with me.

Makoto:Don't worry Kaylee.Even without it,I can still become a hero.

He was born in a happy family.When they went to the doctor and found out his little sister Kaylee Fuwa have her superpower while he doesn't have any superpowers,his parents still care about him and his little sister.One day,his parent died in a car accident and it only him and his little sister to live themselves.

Some of the people feel sad about Makoto and Kaylee lost their parent from a car accident as Haru and Yui hug Makoto and Kaylee a warm hug.

Yui:Don't worry.Even though we have died,but we still on your side.

Kaylee:Thank mom.

They enroll into Union Academy and Makoto got his team.At first,he thought he will have a good teamates but now it really worst than he thought.

Makoto:*Sigh*Here it comes.

Let introduce to his team,shall we?First,we have a boy name Victor Adam as he seem like nice and awesome but he with Makoto bullies bullied him a lot of times.

Second,we have a black hair girl name Hailey Lian and she a b*tch.She always talk sh*t about him and she is Victor first girlfriend.

Third and lastly,we have a girl name Irene Yin and she doesn't have superpower but she can create any weapon for herself.Just like Victor,she bullied him for fun and she is Victor second girlfriend.
