WEDNESDAY 12:30 PM. TOKYO, JAPAN.

Curses with intelligence weren't a regular occurrence in the jujutsu world. Hence, when one such curse appeared, the shamans were concerned.

Currently the curse is being held hostage by the h/c-nette in her warehouse. The curse is sealed for the time being until Jujutsu High takes over the case and consults the higher ups. Y/n cannot do this herself for the higher ups are yet to know about her existence.

It has been 2 days since the incident and apparently the three first years were given a mission without prior notice.

It was in the West Tokyo City, Eishuu juvenile detention center.

Rain had been pouring and the sky was gloomy, Casting the chilling and eerie atmosphere around the place.

"Our window verified the curse womb three hours ago." Ijichi explains to the group of first years, "once 90% were successfully evacuated, they made the call to seal of the center. Citizens within the 500 meter radius have been evacuated as well."

"Ijichi- san, question" yuji slightly raises his habs to get the attention of the jujutsu High manager, "what's a 'window' here?"

"A window is a member of jujutsu high who can see curses," ijichi explains to the boy, "they aren't sorcerers though."

"Oh, okay."

"Let's continue."

Ijichi further explains, "detainee Block 2, at present 5 detainees remain in there with the curse womb. This is curse womb is the type that metamorphoses, we predict it will become a Special grade curse."

"Special grade..." megumi and kugisaki collectively get concerned.

"Hey, so... I still dont understand what 'Special grade' means." Yuji is obviously left on the oblivious side because this white haired shaman teacher hadn't had the sense to teach the Boy certain things about curses.

Megumi and kugisaki again collectively release a a disappointed sigh.

Ijichi then explains everything there is about the different grades of curses to the strawberry blond Boy.

"Normally a jujutsu sorcerer on par with the cursed spirit would take on the mission. On a day like today, it would be Gojo- Sensei."

"I - I see.
So where's Gojo- sensei?" Yuji Looks around his surroundings to look for his teacher.

"Away on Business.—"

"Huh?"

"—He's Not someone who should be loafing around at the school in the first place." Megumi explains why their sorcerer teacher isn't here.

"Don't expect any souvenirs! Oh but maybe I'll get some for y/n-Chan~" Is what Gojo Said before departing.

"Unfortunately we're constantly Short Handed in this business," Ijichi lays out the instructions for the group, "you'll often have to undertake missions beyond your power. The current case, however is an abnormal one and most urgent.

Do not fight under any circumstances.

If you encounter a special grade curse, your options are to

Either run or die.

A chill was sent down the trio's backs after hearing the manager's warning, and dread begins to settle in along with the depth of their predicament.
