Daiki said that he'll be gone for a few months for an undercover investigation and he will be back in time for his little man's welcoming. I am now 5 months pregnant and currently hugging the couch cushion while watching some soap opera with a tub of chocolate caramel ice cream and a spoon sticking out on the coffee table in front of me.

I started to reminisce the memories of how we came to be.

The first time we met.

Momoi had dragged me to the school rooftop to meet her childhood friend and ace of the basketball team after learning that I like basketball.

I got pushed down by some girls at the stairs for not sugarcoating my comeback for I don't know maybe revealing the fact that she stalks a senpai in Aomine's basketball team.

When he proposed. I was nursing his elbow injury during a practice game with another college team. While at the same time drinking my lemonade.

I spitted all the contents of my mouth and stared at him like a dear dead in the tracks. It had gone on for a moment till he spoke again.

"You know standing there isn't going to give me answers" He pouts at me and I smiled. "I din't take you for one to settle down, Daiki." His facial expression turned to an offended one." What?! I have the blessing of your parents and...brothers. My parent's blessing and the woman who is beautiful, smart and secretly hides her C cup(Pretend you do) chest with me to walk the isle and seal the deal with. What am I missing now?" He cups my cheek into his calloused hands and peck my lips. I smiled softly and he pecks my forehead, my cheeks, my nose and my lips again. With each touch my smile grew and I giggled then finally laughed and hugged the man before me.

When I found out I was pregnant. I was at the toilet early in the morning and having a weird craving for food lately. Daiki wasn't home since his work had him transferred for a few weeks. I called Satsuki to accompany me to the doctors. I was a month pregnant. Last time me and Daiki had contact was a few weeks before last month. I was happy that I would have my first child. I waited for Daiki in those few weeks and had decided to surprise him. I had told him after dinner and I was washing dishes. The coffee he was holding tipped and spilled on the table as he watched me jawdropped. I had told him something unbelievable in a nonchalant way. He got up, picked me up and spins me around with that dorky smile of his. "I'm going to be a father" He keeps chanting and chanting telling me what he would do when the little one is born.

After all those come back to me safe and sound,Daiki. And I'll be waiting with your son.
