''Papa I can't marry any idiotic stranger like this'' Avneet shouted on top of her voice.
''ohho, now you are denying our choice'' Mr. Ahuja, Avneet's father, shouted back.
''Dekho Anju, didn't I told you not to let her study. Now she's gonna back answer us'' Mr. Ahuja said or more precisely taunted his wife gritting his teeth at Avneet.
''Papa what are you saying? I love someone and I'll marry him and only him'' Avneet said looking down.
She knew that no one will understand her so she started walking towards her room.
''Tujhe ladke wale dekhne ke liye aane wale hai toh taiyaar hoja, warna mujhse bura koi nahi hoga... aur kal ke kal teri shaadi hogi'' she heard her father shouting.
She went to her room.
After a while, her mother went to call her.
''aree Avneet beta, you aren't ready yet? Look, we have forgiven you for the drama you did last time but don't do anything this time, he's your dad's friend's son. Your papa would feel really bad if you'll do anything this time'' her mother said emotionally.
''Mom, you go downstairs, I'll get ready and come'' Avneet replied. Her mother kissed her forehead and walked downstairs to attend the guests.
After sometime, Avneet went downstairs...
''Arre Avneet beta, come have a seat here'' she heard Renuka Arora, Siddharth's mother, who patted a seat beside her. Avneet went and sat in between Renuka and Siddharth.
Their parents kept talking... Siddharth was getting bored and Avneet was sitting quietly.
''Mom, I want to have a talk with Avneet... alone'' Siddharth spoke.
''What's wrong beta? What do you wanna talk? You both know each other since your childhood and you have complete life ahead to talk'' Mr. Ahuja said, he was scared thinking Avneet might mess things up.
''Uncle, you already know we both didn't got along very well since childhood so it will be better to talk out once before marriage so there won't be any problem later'' Siddharth said in sugar coated voice to impress his father-in-law.
''Alright. Ankit beta, you also accompany them'' Mr. Ahuja told to his son eyeing him to keep an eye on Avneet to which he nodded and took them to the garden. He was also standing with them.
IN GARDEN
''So Miss. Avneet, are you ready to marry me'' Siddharth asked.
''As if I have any option'' Avneet replied in boring tone rolling her eyes.
''Is this a way to talk to jiju Avneet'' Ankit snapped.
''Chill Ankit, cool down... She's gonna get married to me, I'll teach her all the manners very well'' Siddharth spoke to which both Ankit and him started laughing.
''True though... no one else can show her her right place other than you. She's been troubling us since childhood... jeena haram kar rakha hai... now you only have to take revenge of all this. Send off all the workers in your house, now she's gonna come soon. Make her do all the work'' Ankit said smiling evilly. Avneet went back to where everyone was sitting.
''Papa, I am not feeling well so I am going in my room'' she told and took blessings from Mr. and Mrs. Arora and left the room.
After some time, Aroras went back to their home.
''Avneet, Avneet!'' Mr. Ahuja shouted.
''Ji papa'' Avneet came downstairs, she was already prepared for this.
''Iss ladki ne jeena mushkil kar diya hai. First she had to do engineering and now she insulted the guests... pata nahi kab picha chutega isse'' Mr. Ahuja poured out venom.
''Please calm down, Avneet you go in your room'' her mother said passing a glass of water to her dad. She nodded and went to her room.
Next day...
All the wedding rituals were done, it was time for biddai. Avneet just hugged her mother and sat in the car with Siddharth.
Soon the car started, there was silence for few minutes before Siddharth started laughing.
''Didn't I told you, agar ghee sidhi ungli se na nikle toh ungli tedhi karni padti hai'' Siddharth said while laughing.
''Oh hello Mr. don't take all the credits... if I would have told that I love you, this marriage would not have happened ever'' Avneet said in tone filled with attitude.
''Ab toh tum bolo gi hi... sara plan toh mera tha. If your dad and brother would have known you love me then you won't have been with me right now, that's why I made this plan of forced marriage'' Siddharth told.
''Haa haa, jaise sab kuch tumne hi kiya hai na, mein toh baith kar time pass kar rahi thi. Pata hai kitna melodrama karna pada hai that mein khush nahi hu and all'' Avneet said.
''Wese why can't your dad and brother see you happy yaar'' Siddharth asked in frustrated tone. Avneet's eyes became slight moist.
''I tried everytime to keep dad happy around me but he's always upset around me'' Avneet said in sad tone keeping her head on Siddharth's shoulder.
''Wese I have given off to all servants, you remember Ankit said'' Siddharth said diverting her mind. Avneet backed off a bit and looked up to face him.
''Haww Siddharth, you are so bad. You gonna make me do all the works now?'' Avneet asked in fake sad tone and with hurt expressions.
''Arree, sirf aaj raat ke liye chutti di hai'' Siddharth smiled mischeiviously and winked at her.
''Siddharthhhh!!!'' she exclaimed with red cheeks giving a light hit on his shoulder before putting back her head on his shoulder trying to hide her blush. He wrapped her hand around her shoulder too.
Siddharth smiled at her cute antics and intertwined their hands.
''I love you'' he confessed before placing a soft kiss on the crown of her head.
''I love you too, thank you for everything!'' Avneet smiled heartily looking at their intertwined hands and he smiled looking at her.!
