My name is Kazukai I just picked up copy of Sword Art Online I was a beta tester so I had been really looking forward to this game for a while .
I walk into my house my mom still at work I drop my backpack on the couch and go up stairs where my NerveGear awaits I put in the game hook up the wires I do the necessary calibrations I lay down smiling and say the two words to start the game
"Link Start!"
I enter the characters creation I make my avatar a tall tan guy red buzz cut hair and blue eyes I name myself Kazu different from real me a black haired average toned guy of about 6 feet my character was five inches taller inches I save my character
and enter the game I appear automatically in the town square surrounded by people hoping no one noticed I was new I joined late today I had a shift at my job so this may be a system announcement

A large red cloaked figure appears in the air "hello players welcome to my world"I hear whispers around me "I am Kayaba Akihiko and at this moment I am the only person that can control it I'm sure many of you have discovered the missing log out button "he says that and I am confused since I just joined I check in the options and he is right it is missing
"This is not a mistake but a essential part of the game the truth is I made this game for a true challenge and that is to survive but in this you have to truly survive that is if you die in game you will die in real life only way to logout is to beat the game by completing all 100 floors"
"Cool..."I mummble to myself other people yell at him saying he is a monster "oh and one more gift of you look in you inventory you will find a item and with that good luck and survive ."he says vanishing I look and find a item called mirror I take it and a light shoots out of it surrounding me when it stops I look at my hands they look normal not like video game normal but real life I look in the mirror one more time and my face is staring back green eyes and all he brought us into the game . The mirror bursts into hundreds of pieces I see people changing as well some girls changed into men some staid the same gender boys becoming girls .

I make my way out of town square looking for somewhere to get supplies when I see a guy handing out booklets and gives me one "what is this?"I ask

"Guide"he says looking at me then moves on not acknowledging me anymore must be a npc

I find a booth selling weapons I buy a basic sword with my starter money and leave town heading to the next town before anyone can get there .

A sign on the side of a path reads 'path of beginning ' "cool "I say seeing a wolf ahead I go for a kill easily slice it in half getting some Exp and more money I collect some loot and move on killing as I go along and I see a player ahead of me "what if I kill another player?"I ask my self "he has good armor and a better weapon but if I land a critical from behind I have a chance " I say sneaking behind him begin sprinting and stab him though the chest he disappears into hundreds of glass I collect loot from him and already have level 5 armor and a better sword I smirk
"this is going to be a fun game"
