Chapter 3

Starting as Yang's POV

Weiss and Ilia invited Blake and I to a water park, when Weiss first mentioned this, she said it was to "bring you two closer together", hinting towards me and Blake.

Her and I had a talk last week about it as I got home about it.. kinda... she mostly mentioned how I've been spending a lot of time with Blake, then sat me down to talk about it. She's convinced me after the talk that I had a thing towards Blake, like I liked her.

Deep down inside, I think I knew, but with my luck with love, I just thought to myself that it was just another fling like the ones in the past. But Blake is different, there's a spark that's always lit within me when I think of her or she's just 10 feet infront of me.

Anyways, we're at the water park getting changed in the bathrooms, Ilia and I was waiting outside, already in our swimsuits. Her and I chatted about Blake and she was telling me about her past a bit until Weiss walked out. By the look on Ilia's face, she was trying not to pass out to the sight of her. I just laughed to myself

"Looking good ice queen, your figure hasn't changed a bit" I say, booty bumping her gently.

"I'd say the same, but it seems you've put on more muscle" she nudges my arm, then turns around. "Come on Blake, don't be scared"

I watched the door, a figure walked out wearing a black one piece with a design cut out along the stomach. I felt the heat rush to my cheeks as I stared, I couldn't help it, the swimsuit brought out every curve this woman had on her body.
Weiss hit me behind the head to cut me out of my daydreaming, I glared at her before walking over towards Blake, I lean into her ear.

"This swimsuit looks perfect on you, too bad we're at a water park" I say in a low tone

"I think I can say I'm both lucky and unlucky then" Blake says quietly, nudging me

I held my hand out, and she grabbed it, and we walked towards Weiss and Ilia who were already at each others faces.

"Hey! Keep it PG, there's children around" I say

Weiss pulls away, laughing quietly to herself while Ilia was pouted to herself.

"Where to first?" I ask

"There's a log ride I wanna try" Ilia says, pointing at a direction

"Let's go then" Weiss says, grabbing Ilia's hand and dragging her the direction she pointed.

Blake and I followed close behind, I'm surprised honestly, she's still holding my hand and I haven't seen her get nervous yet. I just brush it off, we got to the log ride pretty quickly, and Ilia and Weiss call having two people per ride, basically hinting that they just want me to go with Blake. Blake and I get on the ride, at first it was pretty slow, Blake sat infront of me so I wrapped my arms around her. She leaned back into me, which just made me blush more, I mean, technically we're both like half naked.

The log ride was coming close to finishing, but first we went up.

"Uh-oh, I think there's a drop coming" I say

I felt Blake push more into me, I think she was scared or something. I looked at her eyes, and they were wide.

"Don't worry, I got you, I'm not letting anything happen to you, though I can't promise you'll be dry after" I say, wrapping my arms more around her.

She nods, grabbing onto my arms.

When we reached the top, I looked infront of us and it was a pretty steep drop. As we started to drop, I raised one towards Blake's head, to hold her head steady and safe. We finally made it to the bottom, and I let her go.
