chapter 6 : overworking

Tsukasa pov :

Ugh, I have 3 clubs to be at and student Council! I'll have to make arrangements,

"Hey, Ena. I wont be in club today, I have two others and student Council. I'll cancel another."

"Sure, you sure do like to make sure everythings organized! Your such a hard worker Tenma-san!"

I gave Ena a sweet smile and walked off, guess I had to cancel photography club even though it's my second favorite. Meaning I have time for archery and student Council.

Once I walked into student Council, kanade greeted me.

"Hello Tsukasa, your five minutes late. Have a seat."

We talked for 11 minutes then the meeting was over. I rushed to archery, having lots of time since I was the only one there.

Suddenly, I saw a purple person watching me from the door. I put my equipment down and walked to them.

"If you wanna talk then--"

It was Rui, he sat down on next to the wall. Having a good view of the target and arrow.

He didn't say a word, I asked him why he was still here.

"Oh sorry, I normal have an art club with Ena on Fridays! I just got out."

I looked at him, shocked.

"Your normally there but Ena said you had to cancel because of other clubs and stuff."

I walked up next to him, sitting down as well.

"On Fridays, I have art club, photography club, archery club and student Council recap. Plus extra assignments when I get home. Then I can laze around which I never do, I always have to do extra homework as well for no reason. By the time I've finished that, 7:15 meaning I have an hour to hang out with my family and eat dinner. Then it's 8:00 and I got to sleep."

He stared at me, eyes wide.

"So, you barely have any free time?" He asked,

"Yes, that's why wonderlands x showtime rehearsals are on Tuesdays. I have extra free time on Tuesday, 2 hours."

Rui got up, lending me and hand. I got up too, without using his hand because that would be weird.

We walked home together, I felt a feeling I've never felt before. What was it? Why did it happen?

When I got home, I started to study. Basic maths and biology, all of this was hard to my classmates but so easy to me.

Saki called me down for dinner, my mother asked me how the meeting went.

"It went well, just a recap on what we've planned."

Toya noticed my slightly pink face, his choices were probably to tease me or laugh. Either way ended the same,

"Kasa, your face is red. Meet someone?"

Saki joined in,

"Ooooh~! Big brother might have a crush! Tell us!"

My face went redder, remember me and Rui's chat in the archery room.

"It's nothing, I just remembered a stupid memory."

They chuckled, Toya asked me what's happened with Akito as he was going to school tomorrow.

"He tried to ask me out, I explained how you still like him."

Toya remained calm, thanking me for the information.

After dinner, I ran upstairs. Think about what I've said at dinner and at school.

It was 7:45 so I had lots of time to think.

Memory 1 : with Saki :

Saki : When me and Ichika were hanging out in class, we got chilli everywhere!"

Tsukasa : Oh, did someone open the window?

Saki : No? It was cooking class!

Worry 1 : why did I say that?
Worry 2 : I made a mistake!

Memory 2 : with Emu :

Emu : Tsukasa-kuun! What's your favorite food?

Tsukasa : ...

Emu : ?

Tsukasa : ginger fried pork.

Emu : Okay! I'll make that for my dinner tonight!

Worry 3 : why'd I take so long to respond?
Worry 4 : is ginger fried pork too childish?

Memory 3 : with Nene :

Nene : If you want you can play on my spare phone, it has all the games I have on my og phone.

Tsukasa : No thanks! I don't really play video games!

Nene : that's okay, video games aren't for everyone!

Worry 5 : I should've taken the offer so I could learn how to play!

Memory 4 : with Rui :

Tsukasa : Why are you so nervous about saying that, it's fun to invent right?

Rui : ...

Rui : I spent all night making a robot. No sleep at all, when I don't sleep. I get a bit.. Nervous when speaking.

I fell asleep at my desk after the Rui memory, no worry at all.
