"are you okay ba? May masakit sayo?" Van said as he broke the hug and looked at hearth with soft gaze in his eyes.

"Im okay lang naman, wala namang masakit" hearth said and her heart melted seeing van worry about her.

"You sure?" Van secured hearth.

"Yes, dont worry na van" hearth said so van wouldn't worry about her that much.

Daniel was taken out by vans body guard and got sent to the hospital but put his name as an unknown name since he didn't really like daniel because hes stealing hearth from him.

"Who was he anyways ba hearth?" Van said curiously.

"Hes an obsessed ex, thats why i broke up with him" hearth said as she looked at van.

"Do you want something to eat or?" Van asked hearth to make her feel better and forget about what happened.

"I wanna go home eh, sorry van ah" hearth said to van and felt bad about leaving the celebration erlier than she thought she would leave.

"Okay lang, paalam lang tayo kila dad, ill stay in your apartment muna" van said and dragged hearth along with him as if he wouldn't want to leave hearth all alone by herself.

"H-ha?" Hearth said as van pulled him to vans parents.

Van did paalam to his parents and his parents agreed.

In the car where van was driving to hearths apartment.

"Are you sure you're okay?" Van asked hearth again.

"Yeah, kanina mopa tinatanong yan ah, okay na okay lang ako, promise" hearth said to van to make him stop asking if she was okay.

Hearth just now noticed that van drank alot lately.

And he wasn't sober.
He did things that we wouldn't really do if he was sober.

Oh how hearth wish he was sober.

Hearth only stared at van for a few second and looked away.

Van's hand was shaking from driving, but hearth was impressed since van can still drive while hes still drunk and not sobered up.

At hearths apartment.

Van was changing his clothes in the bathroom since it had blood stain in it from the fight.

Hearth opened the door and saw van shirtless.
Oh hearth thought she was in heaven that time.

"Done staring, dear?" Van said and chuckled.

"H-ha? Tangek nabigla lang, mag lock ka kase next time, labas nako." Hearth said but van stopped her.

"Wait." Van said.

"Hm? Why?" Hearth turned around and faced van and couldn't dare to look down.

"My love, by any chance, do you have the same feelings for me?" Van said as he walked to hearth.

"A-anong feelings? Wala naman akong feelings para sayo" hearth said as she denied van knowing hes just drunk but hearth could tell hes just brave to say lovely things when hes drunk.

" Wala? Kahit kapiranggot lang?" Van said as he walked even closer to hearth making them 1inch away from each other.

Hearth's breath started to be heavy because the atmosphere is intense between them.

"Not gonna answer huh, love?" Van said as he lightly touch her chin to look up to him.
