Teenage heartbreak - Chris and Matt sturniolo

- the new neighbor -

it all started when Chris and his brothers moved from boston to orange county. they moved in to the house infront of me. see my neighbors husband had recently died and she she was moving back in with her parents. she had moved out about 2 days before the sturniolos moved in. I completely forgot that we were gonna have new neighbors until i saw a UHaul outside the house well walking to school. i thought nothing of it, put on my airpods, and continued walking to school as i walked into school my best friend Ellie ran up to me

"Y/N GUESS WHAT" she said sounding excited

"what?" i asked confused

"THERES GONNA BE 3 NEW BOYS!!!!" she said exited

"okay. and?" i asked

"MAYBE YOU'LL HAVE CHANCE WITH ONE OF EM" she said

"very unlikely" i said well taking out my AirPods putting them back in the case and into my pocket and walking to home room.

"come on y/n, 1 of them are gonna be in our home room" she said well following "and maybe even your bed room"

"first off ew and second i don't care" i said well walking into home room and sitting down

"okay class today we will have a new student who seems to be running late" Ms jackson said

"anyways in the meantime i will be taking attendance" she said well calling out names from the class roster. as she called out my name a stunning, blue eyed, dark haired boy walked in

"is this Ms jackson's class??" he asked

"oh yes you must be chris" she said "have a seat next to y/n who i can see is here today" she said well looking at me.

as Chris walked up next to me, he sat right next to me and my best friend who looked at me with a smirk. i gave her the "don't even start" stare as Chris started to talk to me

"so are you y/n" he asked

"yep" i replied with

"your names really pretty" he said well shaking his right leg

"thanks" i replied with

as she called out the last name and dismissed the class, as i walked to second period i saw a exact replica of chris. then another walking to lunch. i was very confused. as i went to get lunch i bumped into one of the replicas of Chris except he had different hair and different style.

"sorry" he said well walking up to Chris and sitting down next to him

i got confused and sat down with my friends, Ellie looked especially excited to talk to me.

"so i saw you talking to Chris in home room" she said

"he was just talking to me about like my name" i replied with

"what about your name?" one of my other best friends Bella asked

"just saying that it's pretty" i said trying hard not to blush

"OMG YOUR BLUSHING" Bella said

"ok i'm blushing but that doesn't mean anything" i said

"okay...." Ellie said unconvinced

we went on with lunch, then to the rest of our periods, after school i walked home and it felt like Chris and i guess his brothers? we're following me. every turn i took they took to i started to run and when i was about to reach the door Chris called my name

"y/n" he shouted at me

"yea?" i said turning around

"come here" he said

i ran down "yes??"

"these are my brother Matt and nick were triplets" he said

"okay well nice to meet you" i said

"umm i. we were wondering if you wanted to come and help us unpack" Matt asked

"sure i'll be there at 6?" i replied with

"alright i'll see you later" Chris said with a smirk

"okay" i walked back in to the porch and went inside at did my homework, face-timed Bella and evely, did some more homework, showered, and finally it was six, I walked down the street and i was greeted by their mom at the door

"hi you must be y/n. come on in" she said

i walked in "you must be mrs sturniolo"

"oh please call me Marylou" she said

"okay umm where's Chris's room?" i asked

"upstairs to the left" she replied with

"okay thank you" i said well running up the stairs, i ran into Chris, Matt, and nick trying to build a desk.

"do you by any chance know what a sledgehammer is?" nick asked

"actually yes i do" i went to the tool box grabbed a sledgehammer and asked "okay what do we need this for?"

"you need to put this nail and connect those 2" Chris said pointing at board , i helped them build it and then Matt and nick went back to their rooms as i helped Chris organize his desk, after i helped him put some posters on the wall we sat down on his bed and looked around

"looks good" i said

"yeah" he replied with turning his head to me

I looked back at him "what" i asked

"nothing, just looking at your eyes." he said

"wha-" i was cut off by a kiss. my first kiss. he pulled away after at least 2 seconds

"i'm sorry-" i cut him off

"i'm gonna go its late my mom should be home soon" i said

"okay bye"

"bye." i walked out and ran across the street home luckily my mom wasn't home I ate pasta leftovers for dinner with garlic bread, went upstairs, brushed my teeth, put on some pimple patches, and went to my room, we'll scrolling through TikTok i fell asleep.
