Hands twitched, groans sounded off and limbs started to move. Then, eyes opened after. The individuals inside started sitting up and looked around with a sense of confusion and concern. Others looked around themselves to make sure no wounds were present, some were still recovering from the pain they endured.
"Hot damn... How in hell did my ears not pop...?" Kyle began to stand up, blinking repeatedly and shook his head, the small sensation of a headache still remained. He looked around to see the men inside just as confused and concerned as him. 'What the hell happened?' he could practically hear the thoughts of his subordinates.
"Everyone good?" A voice boomed, it was from the Colonel, a hand still on his head.
The men inside looked around, then gave off signs of relief before Kelly spoke up. "All accounted for, now just what the hell happened?""Hell if I know, we gotta reach our boys and see if they are okay." Kyle walked up to table again.
The others agreed and walked to a communications station inside.
"All NATO units, this is Papa Bear. Does anyone read, over?""Papa Bear? This is Hammer. We're green, if you're still inside the same HQ building, sir, you might wanna come outside..." The voice had a sense of dread, confusion, and once again, concern.
The four officers looked to each other and nodded. Walking to the door and opening it, their mouths immediately went agape.
Hundreds- no. Thousands of NATO vehicles and personnel including aerial assets were literally bunched up and cramped next to each other, the men had the same feeling as everyone else.'Goddamn, this is gonna take a while.'

A week after the 'arrival', the horribly organized and piled-up NATO assets were quickly placed neatly in various locations within the newly built medium-sized FOB with a dozen motor pools since they literally can't fit all of the vehicles in one pool, as well as a few helipads for the air assets and a makeshift airstrip for their fixed-wing. Barracks, bunkers, and fortifications were also set up thanks to the tireless work of engineers. The base, for now, was in the shape of a typical square, they planned on making a pentagon for currently unknown reasons. Though one thing was clear, the entire 111th Infantry division appeared all at once. The place they arrived at were in the middle of a grass field with a forest a few hundred meters away in front of the FOB. Speaking of the place, they were completely confused and dumbfounded as they tried to think furiously about where they even appeared at.
GPS weren't working, no satellites were available, no communications from homeland or even other countries, nothing. A few days ago, something that was somewhat miraculous happened. A poor transmission from Carrier Strike Group 14 reached them. Although the signal was poor, meaning they were stranded out in the sea, they put the pieces together that CSG 14 were also transported with them. They have yet to send out recon teams or any drones because they were concerned and skeptical about what even inhabited the place, so they decided to isolate themselves for now until they get the courage and the right time to send drones out.
But for now and currently, they were on their own. No orders from JCS, or any higher-ups. All of them had no clue what to do next except sit tight and wait, but Kyle knew a thing or two. He recognized this kind of scenario before.
"So you're telling me, that NATO was somehow transported to another world? Give me a break, Major.." Armstrong said with a clearly tired tone.
Kyle nodded, "Yes, Colonel we already figured as much. This kind of scenario varies, judging from the ones I've read in the past, the inhabitants are mostly in the medieval era. Depending if we encounter anyone that uses magic, I'd say if we come across any hostilities, we might be okay. That depends once again on what kind of firepower and capabilities they have, of course."
The two officers who looked at him now turned to the Colonel, waiting for a response, to which the Colonel nodded. "We'll have to get eyes at a 2-klick radius, drones will orbit our perimeter with thermals and make sure nobody ends up acknowledging our presence. If any of their aerial creatures sees us, our C-RAMS will take care of it. We'll stay in secrecy at the moment until we learn enough about this place."
"Got it. Also, uh..." Kyle gathered his words, his subordinates looking at him with anticipation. "Carrier Group 14's signal is gettin' better, so I'm glad to say that they're definitely getting closer. If they don't encounter any problems, we'll have air and sea superiority if my assumptions of this world's inhabitants are correct. If not? Well, God help us." He smirked.
"Good to know, can't wait to have 'em back in the fight with us," Kelly said with the same smirk as Kyle's.
Then, a voice boomed from one of the communications officers. "Sir? Uh, forward observers stationed near the forest picked up heat sigs, times three unknown individuals. They're keeping a low profile and are presumably watching our base, probable scouts."
"Oh, damn. That's uncalled for. Apprehend them and bring them in for questioning." Armstrong ordered.
"Copy, relaying."
'About time we get some answers.'

KANERIA KINGDOM
WILLÖW CONTINENT
In a throne room, a woman who sat on the chair was Queen Chastely, the 10th ruler of Keneria Kingdom. She had silver hair and expensive clothing as well as jewelry, despite her already nearing thirty years old, anybody could mistake her for a nineteen-year-old.The Kingdom of Kaneria was the same as it was. Peaceful, fair, and civilized. They banned slavery and other barbaric acts simply because it was just not right. Any tensions arise when other Kingdoms, they'll attempt to talk them down. Most attempts succeeded, but the other ones ended up with the opposition decimated. The inhabitants have grown a liking to them as well.
The large doors on the other side of the room suddenly opened, and a high-ranking knight started to walk calmly toward the Queen.
At a respectful distance, he halted and knelt in front of her before speaking. "Your Highness, I bring news."
"You may rise. What news do you bring, knight?" The Queen responded in a soothing and calm voice.
"Delegates from the Daryn Kingdom are now on their way to the meeting area, should we start the preparations to head out?" The knight asked.
"Yes, we shall. Prepare my escorts and the carriages, I want Grey to tag along as well."
The knight bowed for the last time. "Right away, your Highness." He then turned around and left. After the knight left, Chastely closed her eyes and sighed. That encounter with the Daryn Kingdom was a very close call, both her and their soldiers almost clashed with each other because of a misunderstanding until they confirmed that they too were raiding the slave camp with the intent of freeing the slaves. A lot of things were to be discussed, and she was thankful that they weren't a bunch of barbaric bandits with a typical goal of taking the slaves to themselves.
'Hopefully, this was just a simple misunderstanding...' She thought while preparing.
