"Finished, babe?" My mom asks.

"Yah, mom. Just need to bring my things to the truck-"

"I got it!" Two men yell in unison, interrupting me.

"Thanks... Be careful! This stuff is extremely fragile, and it is practically my life."

"Don't worry ma'am.... We are professionals. Your stuff is safe with us," The taller one said.

Another move. Here we go again. I hate moving; I haven't stayed in one house longer than 2 years. This move was going to be the biggest move my family has done, yet! We were moving to London, England! I was really excited because I have always wanted to go to London, but I don't know about moving there....

My father just recently got a job there. Don't get me wrong, I was happy for my dad, but I wasn't too sure about how the kids would be like there. I was going to miss my closest friends as well, Rebekah, Connor, an Frankie. They have been through every move with me and understand everything I've been through. I got to see them when I moved state to state, but now moving to another country? It would be a lot harder. I don't want to loose them as my friends. I'm usually very shy until you get to know me, but that's another story.

I'm a constant day dreamer. I am usually in my own little world. You can even ask my mom. She is really close with me, being the only daughter of the family. She tried to have a sister for me, but then Jordan was born. Don't get me wrong, I love Jordan. I've just always wish to have a little sister to do hair and make-up with, and have dress up and 'girls day out'. But that didn't happen, and I think I will be ok with that.

"Hun?" My mom's sweet voice spoke, interrupting my thoughts.

"Yah, mom?"

"Are you okay with all of this? You look a little worried." You can tell she was worried for me.

"Yah mum, I'm fine. Just a little worried about starting high school there." I stated with all honesty.

"I understand what you're going through, but just be you and you will be fine. Don't change just to fit in, you will regret it later." She said smiling in reassurance.

Maybe she was right. I met my closest friends being myself. Even though they were my only real friends. I was pretty satisfied. But every teenage girl wants to be popular, right?

The ride to the airport was very quiet except for the faint sound of the radio in the car. I was glad because it gave me time to think. I enjoyed every moment that I had the chance to think. What do I think about, you ask? Well anything and everything. I tend to be less depressed when I think. You might think I'm crazy because I make no sense, but hey it works for me.

After a long plane flight over nothing but water, we finally landed at Heathrow airport in London, England. I was anxious to see my new home! My dad picked it out and he told me it was beautiful. Once again because I was the only girl I got the biggest room. This was the first move I was anxious about.

"This is it!" My thoughts were interrupted by my dad's excited tone. I gasped. It was huge! My family was on the lower end of the economy. We never had much money when I was growing up. My dad had been laid off many times. That's why we moved so many times. This was quite a shock to me. I couldn't believe my eyes. What stood before me was beautiful. My house. Someone pinch me!

"Dad. How were you able to afford this?" I almost wanted to break down in tears.

"My boss paid for it along with the trip here." He said with an abnormally large grin plastered on his face.

"Go ahead and check it out guys!" My parents said in unison. Me being the oldest, I should've been the most mature about it, but instead I acted like a 5 year old kid who had just eaten a bunch of sweets and ran to the house like it was a giant bouncy house.

This is it. This is my house. My new house. And most importantly my new life.
