After telling him to take a shower in the nicest way you possibly could and washing his weird clown suit out of courtesy, you sat alone on your couch, listening to the water running in your bathroom. You were concerned he was doing something weird in there, but there really wasn't much you could do about it.

You were conflicted to say the least. You weren't sure what to do in this situation. This was new, you'd never had your apartment broken into just for some guy to be taking a shower in your bathroom. He didn't seem mentally stable. If you kept him here, you ran the risk of him snapping and killing you eventually, but on the other hand, if you kicked him out, you ran the same risk.

Not to mention, he knows where you live. That was dangerous as is. You had nobody to call for help. You doubted you could call the police, your phone barely had service because you lived near the woods. This was the most unlucky situation you'd ever been in. That was saying something.

You heard the water turn off and you looked up toward the door. You hoped to God he wasn't going to come out completely naked. You wouldn't put it past him. The door opened and you prepared to immediately shut your eyes, but rather than being nude, he stepped out with a towel wrapped around his lower half.

His makeup was still on, but it was much more runny than it was before. He was bald. That was weird to you, but not bad weird, you just didn't expect it. Although, you didn't know why you expected him to HAVE hair. His entire head and face were covered in scars. You weren't sure what to think here.

You silently watched him walk over to the dryer and take his clothes out. He made a hand gesture at you before returning to the bathroom. You analyzed it for a second and remembered your high school ASL class. He literally just said "thank you."

   That was... Sweet?

You thought a little bit more. If he was going to be hanging around, you should probably get him clothes other than that stupid clown suit... You didn't want to wake up every day to a clown sleeping on your couch, if he planned to stay. You let out a loud groan, and then instinctively covered your mouth.

The clown popped his head out of the bathroom to see what you were so distressed about. You two stared at each other for a minute or two before he went back in the bathroom and came back out fully dressed. He was smiling wide while he walked toward you and plopped down next to you. You looked him up and down and subtly scooted away.

"So.. Are you planning to stay here or something?" You asked. He seemed to get excited and nodded vigorously. Shit. "Oh. Um. Well, if you're gonna be staying here, can I know your name?" You hesitantly asked.

He looked around for a second and grabbed a notepad you kept on a table, and wrote a single word down.
