I wiped away my tears and picked up Mia and we sat on the bench

Roc; can I hold her
Lexi; yea Mia say hi to daddy
Roc put his arms out so he can hold her she grabbed on to my shirt tighter and tighter

She let go of my shirt and went to Roc she held him tight
Mia; don’t leave me

She kissed him on the cheek

When she said those words to me I felt like melting I have my own daughter now I feel like I have a family ones who love me

Mia; can we go home
Lexi; ok come on
Roc was still holding her he started walking with us
Roc; so what do you guys usually do when you’re home
Lexi; Mia goes to daycare and I do nothing I’ll just go shopping
Roc; you go shopping everyday
Lexi; pretty much but on weekends we go to the park with Nia and her son but I’m guessing she’s not coming
