Lincoln looked at the his family through the window of the house.

Some family that treated him like a pariah since Lynn lost her game and blamed him for bad luck.

He sighed.

He looked at the weird books that Lynn threw out that belonged to Lucy. Ironically enough, they were on bad luck.

He picked up one that was a dark royal blue color with little patches of purple.

Odd, he's never seen Lucy read this one before.

Was it another girly comic?

He opens the book when it started to rain.

Lincoln sighed sadly again.

Just his luck.

He turns to a page with a weird diagram on it.

"Ouch!" Lincoln exclaimed when he tried to turn the paper and accidentally cuts his finger

"Ouch!" Lincoln exclaimed when he tried to turn the paper and accidentally cuts his finger.

A little bit of his blood falls onto the odd diagram as the rain starts to fall harder.

"Maybe I am bad luck." Lincoln said softly to himself as he sucked on his papercut.

"What was that about bad luck, little one?" A kind feminine voice said to him.

The voice came from behind him.

Lincoln turns around startled by the sudden voice.

"Who are you?" He asked, scared.

The voice giggled.

"You summoned me, my dear boy." The voice continued, clearly amused.

Lincoln looked down at the book to see some of his blood on the diagram.

"Oh....."

The owner of the voice appeared to him.

Lincoln blushed seeing her.

She looked nothing like what Lucy described demons and demonic creatures to them during her horror stories.

Lincoln gulped.

"W-who are you?" He asked, shaking with fear and the cold.

The demon tilted her head as she stared at him.

"My real name is Lavender Goodhunter but you little human might know my role as Lilith. Lilith is not my name by any means but it's who you might know me as in mythology." She answered letting out a sigh after she did.

Lincoln stood there for a minute.

Lilith....

Who is Lilith?

That's right!

Lucy say that Lilith was actually the first woman made and the first ever succubus.

Lincoln gulped again.

"So what were you lamenting about, little one?" She asked him, even taking a seat next to him as the rain started to fall even harder which caused Lincoln to shiver even more.

Lincoln tells her everything about the incident that had happened to him. Thought she did smile when she heard how angry his sister, Luna was. Leni, Lucy and Lisa as well we're very livid as well but they were ignored. Lavender scowled at the thought of abandoning a child because of bad luck. She took her book from the ground and cursed it so that no one else in this family could summon her or the others.

Lavender got up and held out her hand to Lincoln as thunder roared and lightening flashed.

"Then if they do not want you, Lincoln. Can I have you?" She asked him with pleading eyes.

Lincoln blushed and nodded.

Lavender smiled at him.

"Then it is written in stone. Lincoln Loud, you are now a son of me." She stated now with a serious tone.

Lincoln nodded.

"Repeat after me. I reject the ways of man so that I may see the views of the other relams. I accept Lavender Goodhunter as my mother not by blood." She said to him as she placed a hand to her chest.

Lincoln repeated what Lavender said to him.

She smiled before raising her hand and picking up Lincoln.

He hugged her, enjoying how warm she was to the cold yard.

"Oh hear my plea, ring of light. Create a path where there is none and lead me where I wish to go. Back to the hot and bothered, lead back to my beloveds."

Lincoln watched in amazement as a portal opened up and his new mother walked in carrying him.

His sleepiness getting the better of him, he falls asleep in Lavender's arms.
