Quick A/N: This is a fantasy Au. My goal was to get it done today and I was able to! WoOo
Once upon a time. There was a yellow headed boy. HIs hair was bright, his eyes being barley darker than his hair. He was kind, positive, energetic, outgoing, and careless of the world around him. He wasn't known by many, nor was he known as some sort of hero.
He was known for going into different towns and such. But after a while of the boy traveling on his own, and people around trying to guess what town he was off to next. Suddenly, he seemed to be accompanied by someone who looked to be the opposite of him.
Instead of having someone with happy and outgoing energy he had himself. He instead was accompanied by someone who seemed to attract gloomy, tired, bad, and depressing energy.
The other boy had purple, messy hair, his eyes were far darker than his eyes, as if they were portals to somewhere unpleasant. People around him didn't like the way he stood so tall and loom over the boy who came with some kind of excitement.
The people from different towns would almost instantly go the opposite way as they would see the new traveler come their way. It's not like anyone knew how he looked like, as he kept a mask to cover half of his face.
He seemed secretive, which was something most people did not like. Though many people had secrets but his apparencies made people think he was un-trustworthy, someone who should not be around a single human, elf, dwarf, giant, halfling, it didn't matter. The people who saw him didn't even know what race he might even be.
But how did the happy, go-lucky traveler meet such a person was tale that only few people knew. It was a tale that could only be told just a few times, and you are one of the few people to know such story.
The story on how these two met. The story on how they decided to travel together. The story many people did not know.
It all started in the forest. The green enchanted forest that had creatures of all sorts. People often found it as a calming place to be, but our blond traveler found it rather distressful and frightening.
The sound of crunching leaf's could be heard as the blond had ran with all his might. He was quite surprised that his legs didn't give out, as they burned from how long it seemed he had been running.
The shadow looking creature fallowed the blond, not seeming to have a struggle to catch up with him as it often leaped on its feet, making it cover more ground than what the traveler was comfortable with as he was already struggling to cover such ground using his own two feet.
His breathing was far from even and his pace was starting to get slower from his legs not being able to catch up with the speed he was trying to go. He gasped for air multiple times as his lungs did not give him the oxygen he needed to breath while the creature might as well be right next to him at this point.
The only way he may be able to throw off such creature, was if he made some kind of sharp turn. He didn't fully trust himself to make such a turn as the boots he wore didn't have a source of grip he wished he had on the bottom of his shoes. But if he weighed out his options. This seemed to be the only one.
But where was a good place to take a sharp turn? He couldn't find somewhere good enough to take the turn, but if he didn't, he might as well become the creature's meal.
He quickly made a sharp turn. Sliding on the leafs and grass that seemed too slippery for the Blond's liking as he felt his legs give out and collapsing on the hard ground. He fell on his side with a grunt, his breath barley there as he tried to get farther away from the shadow like creature.
He tried to maintain his vision as it swayed from not getting the air his lungs desperately desired. He never had to run that fast in his life and his lungs could not keep up with his quick movements.
