First Meeting

After a short drive, you had arrived at an apartment complex. It consisted of three different buildings lined up in a U-shape. The garden had a swimming pool and walking paths covered with trees. You got out of the car in the open parking lot and started walking towards your house with the Starship staff welcoming you. You passed the building on the left and turned right and entered the middle one of these three buildings lined up like a U. You went up to the second floor of this two-story building and stood at the first door on the left, and one of the attendants took out the key and opened the door for you and handed the key to Cody.

When you walked through the dormitory door, you saw that it was really like a home and you were relieved. As soon as you entered the door, there was an open kitchen on the right, the Living room in front of it, a room on the left and its own in-room bathroom, a small corridor on the right and another bathroom at the end, two rooms on the left and right. You immediately chose the only room on the left and sent your team to the other side.

You threw yourself on the bed as soon as you entered the room without even unpacking your suitcases. You needed some rest, because on the way Mr. Lee said you had to be ready at 6 pm. It's now 1 pm and at least four hours of sleep was enough to give you some rest. You woke up with a knock on the door of the room and realized that four hours was definitely not enough.

-You can come in. You spoke with your sleepy voice and Cody entered your room.

-Get up your new boss waiting you inside.

-Okay. you said and took a quick shower.

You got out of the shower and immediately put on black jeans and a beige Nike t-shirt from your suitcase and went into the living room. In the living room, there was another man wearing a Korean suit with Mr. Lee, and that man immediately offered you his hand.

-Nice to meet you I'm Yeong Ji, your translator. He said and you shook his hand.

-Nice to meet you to.

-Come on, we don't have much time, we have a program to attend. Said Mr. Lee, and you always left the house in complete surprise.

A group of six girls was waiting for you in front of the house and they seemed very surprised to see Mr. Lee. Mr. Lee greeted them with a smile and the girls bowed in the same way and began to speak something in Korean. You, on the other hand, felt uncomfortable with girls, it wasn't because of them, it was purely because you didn't want to meet new girls because of your ex. You broke out of your thoughts as the girls lined up in front of you and greet you together.

---Dive in into IVE, hello we're IVE! they said and bowed that made you confused. ''Did they said dive in to i've what's that even mean?'' you asked that to yourself and heard them laughing. One of the tall girls started to speak.

-Hi my name is Yujin. The leader of the group. Sorry to surprise you. She said.

-No problem just I'm confused, did you girls said Dive in to I've, how you can do that? This question make them laugh more and Yujin gave you the explanation.

-It's our introduction. don't try to find a meaning behind it. She said with big smile.

-Oh, okay, than nice to meet you ''IVE''. you said with your cold expressionless face and deep voice.

-He looks and sounds scary. Rei whispered to Gaeul and this made Gaeul chuckle.

-I think he's handsome, but he never smiled once. Gaeul whispered back.

-He seems to think he's above us. Wonyoung joined in their conversation.

-Can you introduce yourself to Mr. L/N, girls? said Mr. Lee.

-I didn't introduce myself too, I'm Y/N L/N. Sorry if I look bad I'm kind a tired. You introduced yourself.

-No problem, I'm Gaeul. She said with a bright smile.

-I'm Liz. Liz bowed to you.

-Hey, I'm Rei. She waved little.

-I'm Leeseo. She bowed too and you lastly looked at Wonyoung that she is not even looking at you and Gaeul give a little shoulder to Wonyoung.

-I'm Wonyoung. She said with a cold tone.

-Nice to meet you all.

After this short introduction, you got into the vehicle and set off. Even though Gaeul and Yujin tried to make you talk from time to time on the journey, Wonyoung and Rei didn't seem to be happy with your coldness and you decided to take a step to end the cold weather. 

-Do you want to listen to our song? Gaeul asked.

-Why not. Said with your deep voice but this time you put a little smile next to it.

While Gaeul played Love Dive on her phone, the others focused on your reactions. Honestly, it wasn't a song that appealed to you as you're not very fond of pop music, but it caught your eye with its music video and dances. No matter how much you didn't want to think about any girl, you couldn't stop the beauty of these girls from surprising you.

-You know what? you asked.

-What? Yujin asked.

-It's not my taste... You said and you saw Wonyoung smirked and said something to Yujin than Gaeul Talked and cut you off.

-People lie to get our hearts. She said.

-You  didn't let me finish though. you said.

-Than finish. Wonyoung said and gave you cold look and you smirked.

-It's not my tastes but I would like to see it live cause it's a visual show. I can't hide it even if I want to, you girls are so beautiful and your dances and stuff seem like it would be fun to watch. Do I get your heart Gaeul? You said and looked at Gaeul and she act like she is looking at the sky and nodded.

-Aww she got shy! Rei talked.

-What! No. Gaeul came back at her and you laughed to them.

-So you can smile and laugh. Wonyoung said.

-What you think of me? I'm human I've emotions. You said.

-You don't look like one. Wonyoung mumbled and Leeseo's eyes widened.

-What? you asked and Wonyoung gave you a cute confused look and you try to hide your smile looking out of window.

-I didn't say anything. She said shyly.

-Hmm I tough, I heard something. You said.

The atmosphere had softened a little further down the road, especially as Leeseo and Liz joined Gaeul and Yujin and started talking to you. One of them was telling what happened to them, the other was you, but they seemed more like listening to your stories and they were happy with it. After you told a little injury story, Liz gave you a disgusted look.

-What? I'm serious. you said, trying to convince them.

-So you dislocated your finger and Cody put it back into place while game was playing. Yujin said in disbelief.

-Yes that's happened. But game is stopped due to a foul. Cody add.

-Eww! and you continue? You are crazy. Gaeul said.

-Yeah I'm kind a not too normal. You said.

While your speeches and stories were continuing, you had arrived at the last stop. In front of the KBS building, the girls got out first and you got out of the car behind them. While the attention of the journalists was on the IVE members, you sneaked out from behind and entered the other entrance. Now it was just waiting for the show, so at least you thought so.
