After seeing Åse and Klaus, the two strongest, deadliest creatures they know, shed tears, the other Originals were left speechless alongside everyone else in the room.
Since everyone stayed quiet the screen came back on rather quickly.
The Vampire Diaries Season 3: Episode 11 Our Town
The first thing to be seen is Klaus, holding a glass of blood in his right hand, while he shuts the lid to a coffin. He says a quiet, "Sweet dreams, Rebekah." as he lightly pats the wooden box.
Looking up he sees a female hybrid and says, "Show her to her room, would you?" The hybrid obviously agrees, and Rebekah is wheeled away.
Klaus takes a sip from his glass as he steps through a doorway and down a small set of two stairs into another room. He stops at a nearby table with construction equipment on it as he feels another presence enter from behind him. With a small smile on his face he says, "Good morning, my love."
Åse is then seen softly padding over to Klaus's side. The male Original raises his right arm in invitation and Åse easily tucks herself under his arm, and hugs Klaus around his waist. She whispers a quiet, "Good morning, Nik."
This time the female Original is wearing a loose, black, buttoned sweater dress. It falls just past her knees, and she is obviously not wearing a bra underneath.

Åse had to have woken up in the last few minutes because her feet were bare, and her hair was left down with a couple of flyaways and the smallest bit of frizz to it.

What made both Original's eyes instantly widen though was the decapitated head Stefan was carrying in his left hand.
Everyone in the room was quick to sit forward in their seats or narrow their eyes in suspicion.
With wide eyes, Stefan quickly said, "I didn't do this." Both Klaus and Åse searched the vampire's eyes to see if he was lying. When they found nothing of the sort, Åse closed her eyes and rubbed her temples as she asked, "Then who the bloody hell did?"
In his right hand, Stefan held up a handwritten note. A bit of blood could be seen seeping through the paper. With a sigh, he glanced from the paper to the Originals and said, "Well, by the handwriting on this note I'd say it was Damon."
At the older Salvatore's name, Åse's eyes popped open. Her irises were instantly glowing, and her expression could only be read as murderous. Klaus was no better. He handed his half-full glass of blood over to Åse, who quickly downed the contents, and then pointed to the note saying, "Read it to us."
Stefan looked between the two older creatures in front of him with a bit of nervous hesitation. He gulped before reading:
