3rd POV

"HEY COZMO!!" everyone greeted the male fairy, "HEY YOU GUYS!!" Cozmo smiled widely as he pulled Wanda to his side, "This is my wife Wanda! And this is my godchild, Timmy and his friends Jimmy and Danny,".

"It's very nice to meet you all.."

"Uhhh...hey..?"

"wassup..."

"greetings..?"

The customers greeted them with such manners and hospitality that the others could almost pass by their hideous and monstrous faces. Cozmo seemed to not be bothered by it as he gave a white eel with many eyes a high five and greeted an angler fish with a hug.

Timmy POV

I stood awkwardly waiting for Cozmo to finally finish talking to an octopus, or was it a squid? I couldn't tell, but it looked like an octopus. Me, Danny, Jimmy and Wanda sat down at a table near the cashier, we were all still getting used to meeting these types of fish folk. It was hard to not stare at their long teeth, bulging eyes and brightly coloured scales. I watched as one of the customers rolled their jaw open and what looked like an eel popped out and ate their food. Danny kept shaking his leg, he's probably nervous about meeting new creatures like these. Hey, I don't blame him. When you're dealing with ghosts, they're mostly scary because they got into an accident or made themselves ugly without realising it. But these creatures, they're the real deal.

Jimmy had his attention focused on a customer behind me so I turned over to look. It was a white squid, I'd never seen a squid like this, its head was flowy like hair, unlike the other squids. Its tentacles were so long it had to pile them up under the table. We watched as it punched the table causing the food to fly up in the air, it used one of its tentacles to grab the food and swallow it whole. "Why are you staring at that squid?" Danny suddenly asked, I turned back around to face them to listen. "Oh, sorry. I've just never seen a Bigfin Squid before.." he said, before I could ask what the hell is a Bigfin Squid, Cozmo called us to come over to the cashier.

Danny POV

We walked over to Cozmo and the cashier that weirdly looks like Squidward. Then suddenly she smiled, "This is Squidabeth, don't worry she's a better version of Squidward. Squidabeth, these are my friends I told you about." Cozmo introduced. We all greeted her, and she gave us a wide smile "Now aren't ya kids just adorable!" she chirped. I can hear Timmy and Jimmy laughing awkwardly behind me, Cozmo then introduced Wanda to Squidabeth to which she was delighted and started shaking Wanda's hand violently. But I can see Wanda and Squidabeth getting along just fine.

"Anyways, we came here on a mission! We need to find The Sharks, do you know where they are?" Cozmo stated, waitwaitwaitwait. "I'm sorry who now?" I asked, staring at Cozmo who completely ignored me. "Ohh you know, at their usual hunting grounds," she replied while checking her tentacles. "Ok, thanks Squidabeth! Means a lot to us, since we're looking for Spongebob. He's been missing for days" Cozmo explained, a worried expression plastered on his face. Squidabeth frowned, "that's odd, I saw him last night.." she said. We all turned our attention to her, "Wait, you've seen him?!!" Timmy asked coming closer to the cashier, "Are you sure it was him and not someone else?!" Jimmy questioned next. Squidabeth looked nervously at us, "Woah woah woah, hold your sea horses kids. I'm pretty sure I saw him. We even had a nice chat" She smiled, and Jimmy came closer to the cashier "What did you two talk about?" he asked.

3rd POV

Squidabeth leaned on the sides of the boat cashier and giggled, "Well lucky for you kids, I have a good memory"

FLASHBACK

Squidabeth just finished busting the last two dirty tables, she walked out of the Krusty Krab to lock up. As she was locking the front doors, she heard something metallic fall to the ground. She turned around expecting someone, instead a metal pipe came rolling in from the darkness. She observed the darkness and realised, "Mr Squarepants! Quite late to be having a walk," she greeted the square silhouette in the darkness. She knew it was the sponge because of his shining blue eyes that glowed in the dark. At first, they stood silently waiting for each other's movement until the sponge stepped closer to the front door lights. Spongebob was holding pieces of metal scraps and metal pipes in both arms, his clothes were covered in oil and dust.

This abnormal behaviour concerned Squidabeth, "Mr Squarepants, are ya alright? Do you need help with those?" she inquired as she bent down to pick up the metal pipe. Suddenly the sponge's hand stretched out and grabbed it before she did. "Haha don't worry Squidabeth, I'll be fine" he smiled, she then realised how tired he looked. "How was your shift Squidabeth? I hope it was pleasant just as the night is right now" Spongebob asked smiling widely, Squidabeth smiled too "Ahh yes, I had a wonderful shift. Nosferatu brought in his bloodworms to show off to Barry, it ended up chasing him down the block. Customers started betting how long he'll last running for that long" she chuckled. Spongebob smiled, and then his eyes darted from left to right, like he heard something. Squidabeth followed his eyes but saw nothing.

"So, umm. Where are ya going this fine night?" Squidabeth asked to avoid another awkward silence, "Oh I'm off to the junkyard, just throwing these away" he said lifting the metal scraps and pipes in his arms. "Why don't I tag along, I can help ya carry those pipes. At least you won't have to walk alone" Squidabeth insisted as she swings her purse to her back and walked over to take the pipes from the sponge. Spongebob swiftly took a few steps back, "I-I don't think that is a good idea, you've just had a long shift, you should go home" he uttered warily. But the squid took the metal pipes anyway and smiled, "Nah, I think I need a walk too. A nice chat with a friend sounds divine to me" she said as she walked down the street. Spongebob sighed and followed her towards the junkyard.
