Chapter 19- Cordelia being Cordelia

•Hasume's Pov•

Walking through the darkened hallways, I make my way to the living room.

It's been a while since Cordelia talked to Beatrix and I took control again.
What they talked about..I wasn't exactly sure, why?
Because I was sleeping, I don't exactly want Beatrix to back hand me for not sleeping..

Anyways, I make it to the door that leads to the living room.

I extend my hand and open the door, making the light inside the room hit my face.
I enter the room to hear Cordelia and reiji.

“Your eyes look just like karl's~”
Cordelia practically moans, 'seductively' taking off of reiji's glasses— which wasn't working with Yui's body because oh boy when I tell you that Im holding in my laughter to the point I sound like a duck dying and drowning at the same time, I mean it.

“I will let you in on my secret out of respect for your eyes~”
Cordelia said, trying to be all seductive in yui's flat, non flattering body.

I just stiffle my laughter and watch it happen in the shadows, Cordelia enjoying this as much as I am, but cautiously watching Cordelia in case she trys something with Her son.

“I came back to life in order to take revenge on karl~
I will make him pay with his death.”
Cordelia moans, caressing reiji's face and then closing her face to his neck, kissing it.

I almost gagged.

“Revenge for not loving you?”
Reiji retorted.

“it appears you do not understand men and women yet.
My desire to kill him is the greatest proof of my love~”
Cordelia explains whoring herself on reiji.

“In other words, you want to push your love upon him whether he wants it or not?”
Reiji said, looking done with this crap, can't say I blame him though...

“You certainly are fond of speaking out of turn.
I think I will silence that mouth of yours.”
Cordelia retaliates, a little pissed.

'Stop her! Hasume, I swear, you better stop her.'
Beatrix gritting on her teeth.

'yes, yes. I will, no need to worry beatrix.'
I calmly said back to her.

In what appears to be a miller second, hasume puts a hand between their lips, Cordelia kissing the hand instead.

“my, It appears you are pushing the boundaries too far, cordelia.”
I say, sickily sweet, a smile of pure warning on my face.

She sighs and steps back.

“Hasume, why must you be such a pain and get in the way~
Was it your idea or was it hers. ”
She spouted, venom lisping with the word 'hers'.

I knew what she meant.

“well, I would say it was a team effort in deciding what to do, I mean to be honest, it wasn't much of a fight in whether or not to be based on how you act around any men like the Slut you are.”
I say, Beatrix's voice seeping through with the name calling, but still smiling, though now standing a bit in front of reiji as he raises a brow.

“tch, to think I was interested in taking over your body instead of this one.”
Cordelia growled, I chuckled.

“Well, considering between me and Yui, I don't blame you for trying to control me first, after all we both know Yui doesn't have the physique you once had and is very unflattering.
Though I guess it works out since I have a much better female negotiating with me and sharing my body instead of actually taking over it.”
I venomously stated, making her grit her teeth while Beatrix smirked victoriously and laughed.

As Cordelia was about to say something back, which was most likely something snarky, was interrupted by none other than-

“Come on, let's stop fighting.”

Laito.

And it seems Cordelia also knew, Shocker.

“Laito.”

“I thought that the next time i saw you would be in hell.”
Laito amusedly(?) Said.

I raised an eyebrow at this, along with the small curve to my lips.

Cordelia walks and leans her— Yui's arms against the railings of the indoor balcony.

“im sorry I didn't live up to your expectations~”
Cordelia mused, lips curving to a smirk.

Laito's smirk widened;
“No, this is better than expected~”
Laito mimicked his 'mothers' tone.

Footsteps walked towards laito and stopped next to him;
“My little son-”
Cordelia talked but I just sighed and went to sit of the sofa, zoning out and then talking to Beatrix.

‘ I am so damn greatful that you did that when that Slut tried to kiss my son. ’
Beatrix gladly said, surprisingly happy.
I guess what I said got to her.

‘yes, well, if I did let it happen I would puke and I'd be lectured by no end from you.

Also, might I ask— Im thinking of dying my hair and giving it a bit of a make over, it's gotten a bit long..’
I ask simply to Beatrix.

‘ Hm, I'd say so, might I suggest to dye it a black with possibly some purple?
How you cut it will be up to you.’
Beatrix suggested.

I hummed.
‘You know what, sure, it sounds good.’

I got knocked out of my talk with Beatrix and heard;
“Now no one will get hurt.”
And with that, I see You stab herself in the heart.

I blink at it then just took my phone from my pocket and began to look at some hairstyle ideas.

Looking up from my mobile I hear the small last words of Cordelia.

“—Will be all mine!”
Then dramatic eye closing.

The boys were starting to fuss and I just sighed;
“just let her die, one less inconvenience.”
I groan.

But suddenly the boys started to yell at me saying that no matter how annoying Yui is, they aren't going to let her die and told me that if I weren't going to help than I could leave.

My eyes widened in shock.

“What..?”
I was shocked..
Why would they suddenly turn on me for Yui..?

“Fine then..
I'll leave, I'll go find somewhere else instead since you don't want me here!”
I got up from the sofa and jogged down the stairs and ran out, shouting;

“Assholes!”

Cant just not have no drama and angst, ehehe!

Now, one last hapter and season 1 will be complete!
