Hi, I'm Carol Harper from Greenyear High. I have been living by myself for the past 2 years and this story is about an incident that led me to discover the truth about Greenyear High.
To unfold this mystery, we'll need to go back a few years...
It was just a normal morning, I woke up, got ready, ate breakfast, and headed out to school. Since my school was just within walking distance I walk to school every morning and as expected Mr. Floof, my neighbor's dog came running my way.
I always carry around a dog snack in the morning just for him and I fed it to him and went on my way. It felt like any other day but something felt a bit off, I had this strange feeling since I woke up this morning and it's been ticking me off . I decided to brush it off.
The school I go to is a very prestigious school and I was lucky enough to get in through my scholarship. I managed to make a best friend on the first day of school, her name is Tia Margot.
I went to my class and saw Tia! "hey, umm.... did you do the homework?" she asked, "You forgot again?!" I said, "It's the third time this week!"
"I know, I know I promise to do it next time but I need to copy off of you please???" she said
"Fine" I gave her my book and she copied it off of me.
Tia is kinda like a teacher's pet, every teacher knows her and, Tia's parents are well known here. Her dad is a lawyer and her mom is a police officer. They were talked about in the news yesterday. Something about cracking a big heist and winning a case. Tia gets great grades and keep out of trouble at school."Alright, Good morning everybody" Miss Sherry walked in looking like she'd been hit by a tornado "I have your grades on your project about.... and will let Tia distribute them". People hate it when she distributes their grades because she always takes a sneak peek at them and throws in a comment or two about them. She picked up the papers and started "Oof, Darren too bad, you'll get it next time"
she's a bit mean sometimes. I try talking to her about this but sje never actually listens to me. "Oh Samantha that's too bad" and she keeps on going until the last person. She handed mines over to me "As expected, you got an A again."
"What did you get?" I asked
"What does that matter?" she replied, shoving the assignment in her bag "I always get the highest so why bother asking?" She mumbles while she sits down next to me.
