Chapter 7: Trapped

Suddenly, a strange sound comes from the mansion of Sonic and his team. They go outside and see that bright rays are shining in the sky. Suddenly they find themselves trapped in another world.

They found themselves in a world where evil rules. A dark forest, a foggy landscape, buildings that looked more like a prison, instead of beautiful castles. They realize that they can hardly fight in this world because they don't have access to their superpowers.

They begin to explore a new world. Sonic and his team looked around and decided to continue exploring the unfamiliar terrain. They moved slowly, cautiously, not knowing what might be waiting for them at every turn.

Soon they came to a huge building that seemed familiar to them. It looked like the Headquarters building where they usually gathered to plan their missions.

"You know what, guys?" - said Sonic, turning to his team. "We have to try to find a way to regain our abilities. Without them, we are weak and defenseless in this world."

The guys nodded in response, and they began to study the building. Inside, it turned out to be completely changed. There were rooms filled with strange devices and mechanisms that they had never seen before. They understood that these could be devices responsible for their lost abilities. Sonic and his team began to understand the devices, but they could not do it.

"It's a completely different level - we can't deal with this," Knuckles said. "We need someone who can help us restore our abilities."

Sonic nodded: "Yes, that's right. But who can we find in this world who can help us?" Here the Bulldozer entered into conversation: "Maybe we should go to those places where there are still living creatures? Maybe one of them can help us?" Sonic scratched his head thoughtfully: "Yes, it could be a good idea. But where to look for these places?" Then Ami stood up and said, "Maybe we have the opportunity to fly over the area and look for traces of life?"
