"Dekh ham na ek scoop k paise denge aur baqi ka scoop taste krty krty free!" saanjh whispers in Arjun's ears.
"Bhaiya wo wala taste krwao na please." She says and continues tasting.
Meanwhile Maya is sitting in her office interrogating her staff.
"Arjun kahan hai use presentation deni thi na?." No one answers.
"Arjun kahan hai?" She again asked and no one responded.
Meanwhile Saanjh is still busy in tasting the ice cream scoops.
Arjun's pov
"Thik hai, wo chocolate wala taste krwao na please." She demanded to the icecream man.
"Come on Saanjh yar, meri itni important presentation hai, tereko pata h pehli bar ek international brand fashion in the city k sath apna campaign launch krrhi hai aur mai yahan tumhare sath khara hua hun, agr Maya ko pta chlgya na mujhe job se pakka nikalegi, wo roz kisi 2 ki naukri khati hai pata nai kab kisko nikal de." I said panicking.
Meanwhile Maya is angry.
"Conference room, 5 minutes." she said to her assistant.
"uh.. um.. yes mam" she answered stammering.
Maya left.
Scene change.
"Han to thik hai na tu chilla q rha hai mujhpe?" Saanjh said to me.
"Meri awaz hi aisi hai" I tried to explain myself.
"Itny msgs kiye m n , ek ka bhi jawab nai dia na mujhe, mujhe teri tension horhi thi islie milne agayi, warna m tujhe kaam krne s rokungi kia? thik hai aj k bd na m tujhse milne aungi na tujhe call krungi tujhe yhi chahiye na?" She said in one go.
"are yar" I said regretting what i just told her.
"Maya nahi jese koi chudail ho" She said murmuring.
"Agr ap logo ka hogya ho to please" The ice cream man said to us.
"Han thik hai thik ye lo" I paid for the ice cream.
"Aur han ye jo tasting k naam p alag alag ice cream khayi hai na , uske alag s 50 rupay dijiye sab sunliya hai mai ne." He said scolding us.
"Han deta hun na.. 50 kia puray 100 le, 50 rupay ki ice cream khud khale apni hi." i said while keeping the money on his cart.
On the other hand Maya is waiting for Arjun angrily.
"Arjun ka termination" she said to her assistant and got up to leave , but Arjun entered at the same time.
"Uski zarurt nai hai , wo kia hai na mithai suit nai krrhi thi , aapne nai khayi hai na ? very good warna apko bhi bathroom mai presentation deni prti." I said making a stupid excuse and smiled.
"Shuru kren? please" i said and politely gestured her to sit down and she sat down.
"So guys, namak aur masala , ham indians ki speciality h , ham goron ki tara thanday nai hain , hame har chiz me mirch aur masala chaiye so isilie is collection mai na hame thode tarkay ki zarurt hai like I'll just show you." i said and switched on the projector.
"Ye sari location mai ham ye campaign shoot krenge us campaign ka naam hoga garam masala, how's that?" i said and leaned on table asking Maya.
"Kal subha final presentation leke office ajana time pe" she said and left.
"ye kuch normal nai krskti hai?" i murmured to myself.
MAYA REACHED HOME.
she kept her purse on the table, and went towards the fridge and pulled out a water bottle from the fridge and began pouring water in the glass.
Maya's POV
I suddenly heard my mom's voice from her room while i was pouring water.
"Phir q aisa kia , tum janty ho na ke kia problem hai , mai kese aaskti hun? han?" I went inside while she was talking to someone, when i saw it turned out she was talking to a picture which she hurriedly kept aside in the drawer as soon as she saw me, she was holding a glass of water, she immediately started sipping the water.
I walked towards her.
"Itni late tak jaagna apki tabiyt k liye thik nai hai" I took the glass and kept it aside and opened another drawer and took out medicine box and handed her medicine which doctor had presscribed her , she took them.
"chalo sojao" i said and tucked her under the covers and kissed her on forehead.
"good night maa"
"goodnight" she replied.
i pulled out that picture from the drawer which she hid , it was my father's picture.
"m...maya.. wo"
"shhh" i shushed her.
"Ap janti hain apko kisi bhi tara ka stress lena mana hai" i said, patted her head and left.
I put the picture in the blender along with some tomatoes and some water and grinded it, it was a good sight to see, i just watched it grinding from the counter for sometime and then went to my room and got changed and sat on my bed checking the security cameras of my office when I saw a strange behavior happening there.
i saw Arjun bringing 3 beers in conference room to drink along with 2 employees and the drank it and danced in the conference room, It made my blood boil.
