In the old, gothic, dark streets of Redgrave, a young man walked along it. He wore a black shirt, long tan-colored jeans, black fingerless gloves, and military-style boots. Over them, he also sported a long red leather coat with zippers on the sleeves and a buckle around the waist. However, his most striking thing about his appearance is his white, long, brushed down hair. He strolled along without a care in the world, carrying a large black guitar case on his back which bumped into a girl's arm, spilling her drink over her shirt.
"Hey! Watch where you're going!" the boyfriend shouted.
"I am, how about her?" he responded, not giving a shit and continued to walk away. He was not worried if he got into a fight. The boyfriend observed him as he walked away. He could tell he was built muscular under his coat.
"At least she looks better than you!" He replied childishly and impulsively. The man turned his head and inspected the guy's black hooded coat with red undertones and a Union Jack on the arm and the girl's blue hoodie and messy makeup.
The man chuckled. "Not in a million years..." he said before walking away.
"He's not worth it," He thought. He and his girl both scowled, walking away as he strolled along. They both did not realise how lucky they were.
To most, he looks like a silver haired asshole guitarist. But to the world of mercenaries, he was Dante, the Infamous Demon Hunter, highly skilled mercenary with a 100 per cent rate of successful hits of human life or worse...
Dante walks through a courtyard, simply walking through before stopping at a noise.
"DAAANNNTEEE!" Dante sighed at the noise which echoed throughout the courtyard. He looked around as the clouds seem to grow darker and the voices grew louder.
"DAAANNNTEEE!" He lost count at how many times this happened, how many lunches, drinks, dates, and cinemas it had ruined until today.
"Of course, they're here." Around him, bloody humanoid creatures wielding scythes appeared and surrounded him. Demons, the creatures of the underworld. Just his lucky day. "Sorry, guys! You just missed my last gig, Shame, it was a great party. How about this?" As the forces of hell surrounded him, Dante started to hold out the guitar case in his hand, undoing the clips. "How about I bring the party to you?!"
Dante threw the case at full force, it flinging open and something flying into the sky before the former crashed into six demons, six trees, and six statues. A singular demon looked at its fallen brethren before rushing towards Dante holding a scythe over its head. Suddenly, an entire metal sword from the case came down from the air and impaled the demon who was only a few centimetres from Dante.
The double-edged silver longsword was five feet long in length, its pommel had spikes coming out of it, the heart of it had two screaming skulls as one had horns coming out its sockets. The guard surrounding it resembled collarbones as the skulls were on top of ribs. As for the blade, it widened towards the two notches at the end. No mere human can wield it.
"Perfect timing, Rebellion," said Dante, kicking the blade upwards, slicing the demon before catching it and twirling it around his finger. "Alright, now I'll play with you!" He pointed at one demon which tilted its head before the one behind it shoved ahead and lunged at him before he blocked its attack with a raise of his arm before force palming its chest open, sending it backwards to the group behind it. More demons charged in, however with the size of the Rebellion, Dante hit all of them with ease before firing out a million stabs at lightning speed before jabbing forward, flinging all of them back.
"Come on, wimps! Is that all you got?!" Dante then propped up his sword, sawing all of them before sending them up in the air. Their bodies rained around him with one of them landing by his feet. Another demon recovered and rushed at Dante. The latter rolled his eyes, stabbing the Rebellion into the demon by his feet before quickly drawing out a white pistol from under his coat and fired three round bursts at the demon's shoulder, causing it to pull back before Dante then took out a black gun and shot a high powered bullet at its leg, making it trip and drag its face to his feet. Dante smiled, twirling his guns, both of which had an engraving: "Ebony and Ivory." He then stomped onto the fallen demon and riddled it with bullets as demons around him slowly recovered from being flung around and started to approach him. Dante then hopped onto the demon he was shooting then kicked off the ground, spinning 720 degrees as the demon was dragged though the dirt while Dante above laughed, shooting demons around him before hopping off as his ride crashed into a group of demons, killing all of them.
