Blueberry's pov-

I waited next to the hotel entrance/exit door, waiting for Knife. He said he had to grab a flashlight which confused me since it wasn't even that dark out. It might have been kinda late but it was summer. A long walk perhaps? I was trying to think of other options as my thoughts were interrupted by Knife walking out of the elevator.

"Are you ready to go?" He said, grinning as he tossed the flashlight up and down in his hand. I nodded as we walked out the door. "You never told me where we were going." I said after about 10 minutes. "A haunted mansion." He said casually as if that was normal.

I mean, I guess it makes sense but to be honest, if my sister could haunt anywhere, it'd be like a merry go round or something.

"Huh." I simply shrugged as we continued to walk through the newly entered forest. After about 30 minutes it had started to get pretty dark so Knife turned on the flashlight, glancing to the bushes every once and a while as if he was looking for something. I looked back from Knife's constantly shifting gaze in front of us and saw the end of the forest. "Hey Mr. Jumpy, we're about out." I said smugly as he rolled his eyes with a small "Whatever."

Third person pov-

'It had been lots of fun living in the mansion with my four friends. It had been just me, Bow, Dough, and Apple at first but, after a few weeks Bow told us that there was actually another ghost here that we hadn't met yet. She seemed quite young but Bow said she was there before even she was. "This is like Rasberry. Kid say hi." I recalled Bows introduction of the child. Who in question had immediately warmed up to me and Apple when we were revealed. We had tried to ask her questions about how she died but she said all she remembered was a bright light and her brother, a blueberry, coming towards her saying something inaudible. But, we didn't think about it all that much in the mansion we all called home. It was a place for us to live whether we were dead or not.'

Marshmallow smiled as she finished up her journal entry for the day. Raspberry had been waiting impatiently outside her door to play Uno with her.

Marshmallow laughed as she turned to the door to face a child and walked out to her in the hallway. Just as they were on their way to the game room they'd made, there was a knock at the door.

Blueberry and Knife stared at the door awaiting an answer. Knife felt shivers down his spine from the memory's he had here, mainly thinking back to his old doll more than anything. Blueberry was only anxious about the fact that his sister may not be there. Knife had told him beforehand it was only a theory but it could be a trick for all he knew.

After a minute or two at the door, Knife, being taller, went to knock again. Although, he didn't quite get to the door as it was opened from the inside by an apple slightly taller than Blueberry.

Apple looked up at Knife and waved cheerfully greeting them both. "Hello Knife and his friend! What brings ya over?" She said smiling childishly all the while. "Uh, it's kinda hard to explain. Do you mind if we come in and talk to Marsh?" Knife said uneasiness in his voice. It seemed to not be noticed however as Apple swung the door wide open and said "Of course! Let me get her." As she ran upstairs calling for the someone we needed.

The odd duo sat down and pushed themselves into a couple of chairs after properly closing the door. Blueberry looked around a bit marveling at the lay-out of the mansion until his eyes were set on a very odd looking being.

On the piano was a misfigured looking ball with a tail and was transparent head(?) to tail. It suddenly stopped playing and said "Oh ma gawd we got like moreeee peopleee? I did nawt like agree to that." As the thing flew into the ceiling.

Blueberry stared confused no doubt yet slightly fascinated. As Knife rolled his eyes and groaned. Apple soon came skipping down the stairs with who Blueberry led to believe as "Marsh" walking behind her smiling at the sight of Knife as she did a small wave. Knife simply grinned back as he motioned her over slightly.

She obeyed swiftly and sat down on a couch somewhat next to him. "Odd to see you back after season two and with someone I've never met no less." She smiled at the knee face and waved to which Blueberry stared for a moment and looked away. Marshmallow frowned slightly but quickly changed to a curious expression when Knife said "We wanted to ask about someone." Intrigued and concerned she leaned in closer, signaling for him to continue.

"My friend here lost his sister in a car accident and she was never recovered. I thought there was a possibility she had ended up here." He said quickly, cutting to the chase. Marshmallow gasped and looked at him, a motherly look on her face. But it soon changed to curiosity as she studied the blueberry in question.

She then blinked a few times, mentally facepalming herself as she said "Wait here a moment please!" And ran up the stairs. Blueberry looked at Knife, a hopeful look on his face as Knife looked back flipping between shock and excitement. He was extremely excited his plan had worked but in all honesty, he didn't think it would.

Marshmallow walked back down to us and said "Just to be clear, what did your sister look like?" She said hopefully. "She was a reddish-pink Raspberry, young but still kind of small for her age." He said in a monotone voice with a slightly excited tone. Marshmallow sighed in relief ever so slightly and stepped to the side so nobody was in front of Blueberry as a figure materialized in front of him.

He sat there unmoving as his sister appeared before his eyes.

Looking her up and down, a tear formed in his eye as he smiled and got up from his chair, walking over to her slowly as he was cut off with a hug. He hadn't expected to be able to touch her since she was a ghost so this was an amazing surprise for him.

He looked at her and smiled as they hugged. After what felt like only a few seconds she let go and started talking "Oh my god it's really you! I missed you so much I thought I'd never see you again!" Blueberry couldn't speak but only smiled as wiped the tears off his face and listened to her talk about her time at the mansion.

Knife took the time to talk to Marshmallow about something that had been riding his mind for a while now. "So Marsh, I wanted to know if maybe he could stay here? He has been... off for a while and I only just now figured out this was the reason. Please let him stay if you can." He proposed immediately to the small surgery sweet. She smiled and said

"Of course he can stay! I was going to ask if he could later." Knife gave her a kind smile and said "Thanks he really needed this." Knife said as he walked towards the door "Oh, and tell Blueberry: 'You're welcome'." He laughed as he walked out the door, switching on his flashlight as it shone through the windows.

Marshmallow looked back at the siblings as they kept talking (mostly Raspberry) as Blueberry's eyes shone brighter than the starry night sky itself.
