Chapter 7

(Sophia's POV)

I was getting ready to go on my date with Louis.  I was so excited he asked me out.  As I was picking out my outfit, I was listening to their song 'kiss you', and started singing along with them.  I decided to wear my favorite skinny jeans that were ripped in the front, with black flats, and a blue flowered dressy tank top.  As I applied minimum makeup, I curled my hair, and went downstairs to find Louis watching tv and eating carrots.  I swear his jaw dropped when he saw me.  He put this huge smile in his face that made me giggle. 

"Ready to go Soph?" he asked. 

"Ya, let me just get my phone."  I grabbed my phone, and he led me to his car.  He opened the passenger door for me, and I hopped in.  He quickly ran around to the driver's seat, and pulled out of the driveway. 

"So, where are you taking me?" I asked pretty sure he wouldn't tell me.  Oh well, it's worth a shot. 

"A far away island where I could eat carrots forever" he said laughing at the end.  I ended up laughing with him. 

About half and hour later, we pulled up into a little park.  He got out of the car and ran to open the door for me.  I took his hand and got out of the car, as he led me to a little spot under a tree, where a picnic was set up. 

"Lou, what's this?" I said. 

"A picnic in a far away island, duh." he said trying to make me look stupid, but failed.  I pushed him playfully, and he fell over laughing at me, mostly because he took me down with him.  I ended up untop of him, and we looked each other in the eyes for a while. 

"Well, I think we should eat, no?" he said. 

"Ya, let's eat." I said getting off of him.  We ate in silence, as I played back what happened.  I mean, nothing happened but I still felt like there was something there.  After we finished eating, we went to go play on the swings.  I beat Louis to the swings, and he was left with nothing to do but to push me.  After a while, he got tired, so he sat next to me on the swings. 

"Hey, do you wanna go get some ice cream?" he asked with his eyes sparkling. 

"Ya sure let's go." I said, as we both just jumped off the swings, and ran to the little ice cream shop across the street.  Once we entered, Louis ordered his ice cream. 

"I'll have two scoops one chocolate and one vanilla with gummy worms on top please." he said smiling like a little kid. 

"I'll have two scoops of chocolate ice cream with all the toppings you have on top please.  And don't forget the cherry."

I said giggling as Louis looked at me shocked. 

"Wow, you weren't kidding when you said you eat like Niall." he said laughing.  I soon joined in, and we went to get a table. 

"You look really pretty tonight Sophia, you know that right?" he said giving me that famous smile of his. 

"I know, you don't look so bad yourself" I said.  A few moments later, we got our ice cream cones, and left the ice cream parlor hand in hand.  We headed back to the park and walked by the lake.  It was so beautiful here at night time.  After we finished our ice creams, he took my hand in his, and entwined our fingers.  He looked into my eyes, and I looked into his.  Next thing I knew, he was leaning in, and I wasn't gonna stop it, because I've been waiting for this all night. His lips were soft and gentle, and when he pulled back, I kissed him back.  I never wanted to let go.  He smiled into the kiss, which made me smile, as we continued to kiss. 

(Loui's POV)

After a minute of kissing her, I pulled back and looked at her beautiful brown eyes.  The stars really made them twinkle which made her look so cute.  I don't regret chasing Niall around in the parking lot that one day, and bumping into her.  I wouldn't change this night for the world.  I love her so much, I'm just afraid that if I tell her that, she won't say it back.  I'm gonna wait for a while, until I see a sign that she feels the same way.  We decided to go home, and we cuddled up on the couch of my flat watching a movie.  I felt my pocket vibrate, as I searched for my phone.  I took it out of my pocket, and saw that I had gotten a text from Liam.  I unlocked my phone and opened up the text.  What I read next was something I wasn't expecting.  Danielle broke up with him because  apparently it wasn't working out.  I started feeling sad, as I saw that Liam would be heart broken when I got home to the flat that the lads and I shared.  This was not gonna be pretty.  Sophia saw that I was getting upset, and started poking my face.
