Chapter 17: quotes

"Can you stay here tonight?" Chaeyoung mouthed while she was few inches away from you. She can't keep it to herself anymore she wants you, she wants to spend every second of her life with you but she doesn't know because things are just complicated. She knows what she did is wrong but the more she is with you the happiest she is. She fell for you many years ago and she continues to.

"That's not possible Chaengie" you said and squeeze her cheek with your hand "We might get caught...I don't wanna get you in trouble"

"But please Y/n! You know how much I wanna spend the night with you..." Chaeyoung whined "you know how safe you make me feel when you're around..."

You couldn't say no to that even if would get in trouble, you would risk it all for her. "Okay Chae I will stay. Just for tonight, right?"

"Yayyy" she yelled in excitement and hugged you immediately. "Let's go to the balcony...I have some drinks with me"

You both went out, you helped Chaeyoung by grabbing two glasses of wine and she took the bottle with it.

You chatted about the concert that was in few days, you didn't mention to Chaeyoung that you had tickets for the concert and indeed for the front row. You somehow managed to successfully lie and show how regretful you were that you won't be able to attend the concert.

"It's okay babe, you'll be able to attend more in the future, I promise." She was in pain but tried to be cool so you wouldn't feel guilty.

After while of having fun, laughing and everything, Chaeyoung felt like sleeping and told you that she wants to sleep with you by the side. After lying down with her by your side, she put her head and her hand on your chest. You petted her head with your one hand and with the other one her back so she would sleep quickly.

Chaeyoung was feeling so good, so safe with you, she can't express how she feels she just admire every moment that you two have. In the other side you feel terrible for not treating her the right way, you thought you are a bad influence for her. She's a pure soul in your eyes and you don't want to hurt her even if you did many times before but she never admitted it, she always chose to forgive you.

You wanted to cry as you kept thinking about it. Chaeyoung was asleep as your tears were falling of your face and you remained silent. It hurts you more when you cry in silence, it's like stubbing you in the heart and that knot on your stomach was growing and growing.

"Chaeyoung wake up someone is knocking at the door" you whispered on Chaeyoung's ear. She didn't move or anything and tapped her gently telling her the same thing.

"Oh really? I'm going to check wait there..." she whispered and you stayed there as she told you. "Who is this?"

"I'm the manager I'm here to check on you Chaeyoung" the manager said and Chaeyoung rushed to you telling you to hide somewhere, you crawled under the bed and Chaeyoung opened the door.

"I was chancing I'm sorry for being late!" She explained as the manager came in "Is everything alright?"

"Yeah yeah. I saw Y/n before and I wanted to remind her that she has to go but I guess she already left." The manager said as she looked around the room.

"Oh- um yeah...she came to give something and left!" Chaeyoung tried to hide the glasses of wine that were outside on the balcony by closing the curtains.

"Hmm okay then...have a good night Chaeyoung and sleep early, we have a lot of things to do tomorrow." The manager mentioned before leaving. The moment the door closed you crawled on the floor so you can get out of the bed. "Oh lord that was stressing..."
