Ukiyo : (the day of harvest festival)

Ukiyo was brimming in happiness that day as they were about to welcome their Harvesting season of that year. Every year the harvest festival was celebrated very majestically with lots of other people from different countries visiting Ukiyo to experience this grand festival. That day all the citizens of Ukiyo were dressed in different colors that complimented their different flower crowns to symbolize their happiness. The city was completely filled with festive decorations especially all kind of yellow flowers as yellow represents happiness, joyful music being played by small bands in the main streets as people dancing merily to it. Children running here and there playing and wishing everyone of happiness. Farmers were preparing their tools for the harvest season and sharing their joy with others. Everyone has already started to go to the festive grounds were the festival was about to happen. As the merriness was filling the atmosphere of the city... still none had any clue of what was about to happen....

Astrologer's mansion :

Astrologer walked through the hallway, quickening his steps. He was walking to his room and saw the servant standing at the door. "Is Lady Sira got ready?", he asked. The servant bowed to him and answered " yes my prestige. She is inside". He opened the door for him and the Astrologer entered in to find his young wife sitting infront of the mirror and putting her emerald jewelries on. Astrologer looked at her for a moment and ambled his way to her saying in a soft flirting tone, " my beautiful wife looks more enchanting today". Lady Sira turned around and gave a flirtious smile. Astrologer as he walked closer whispered in a relaxed voice,"Oh Sira.... you never failed to amaze me..", and caressed her shoulders with his palms, looked at her through the mirror infront. Lady Sira smirked and stood up now closer to her husband. She corrected his collar and rubbed the dust of the sapphire green coat that had gold stitch on it. He cupped her face and gave a peck on her cheeks. Then he said, " I guess we are ready to go?" Lady Sira said, " yes... almost. I have just said the maid to finish of my iris flower crown. After that we can escort to the festive grounds". Astrologer said as he nodded, " well.. I will wait for you in the front hall. Don't be late". And exited from there. Lady Sira stood there being excited of what is going to happen today. She had already send the secret message to the seller to get ready his men to kidnap Vantae. With a grin she thought, After this day, she can finally be the queen of Ukiyo.

Sira was just 7 years old when she and her family were captured and enslaved by the war lords. She remembered that she came from Lansia, a small city located in the west. The war lords killed her family but kept her as their slave and done things to her that cannot be said. From the way she was treated, she developed evilness in her and a desire to rule over all men to enslave them and do the same things they did to her in a merciless way. Then she escaped from them, ran like a nomad and finally found by the Astrologer when she was wounded badly by wild animals and was fighting for her life. He saved her, gave her a new life as his wife comparing that he was 200 years old than her. She took this as an advantage, entertained him with his beauty and lust and took a prominent place in his heart. When she first came to Ukiyo and found that her husband was the all in one in here, her ambitious mind rocketed giving way to obsession of ruling. She was very jealous and had a evil mind equal to her husband and she was also mastered the art of seduction and lying. She enjoyed being the old Astrologer's young wife and all the privileges she had in the city. But all her joy came crushing when her husband announced the establishment of Monarchy again with Vantae chosen for the king. She never understood what her husband was doing and fought with him the night this was announced. But After the fight, she came to knew her husband will never listen to her. So she decided to get rid of the Henningtons forever for her own sake. And that's how she came to the plan of kidnapping Vantae and sell him as a slave without her husband's acknowledge. Today was the day her plan is going to be executed and she was eagerly waiting for it.
