A/N: Once again, set in 79's, and ik i said this before, but listen to the song above 😭

Y/N POV

As always at this time of the evening, around 20:00, I made my way into 79's clone bar. As I walked through, clones nodded, most of them knew me, and the odd shiny would send a whistle my way, to which I'd always roll my eyes. It was draining.

I spent the first hour serving drinks, waiting for my boyfriend, Commander Wolffe of the 104th. I needed to tell him something. I had though long and hard about it, and it just felt like the right thing to do.

"How's my cyar'ika on this fine evening?" Wolffe approached me smirking, pressing a soft kiss on my lips. I gave him a soft smile, but it didn't meet my eyes. This was the hardest decision I've ever had to make.

After a while of serving more drinks, and a few dances with Wolffe, he noticed my change in mood.
"Cyar'ika are you okay? You don't seem yourself my love" He asked, looking down at me as I sat at the bar, being served a drink by my co-worker.
"Urm Wolffe, I'm not sure if there is really a way I can put this, but I have to go. I'm going to leave Coruscant, I'm going to go back home to Naboo." I explained.
"Oh well that's fine, I'll just make sure I visit all the time I can" He spoke, he didn't understand.

"No Wolffe, I can't see you anymore, it's for our own good." I sighed, trying my hardest not to break down.
"Why? What did I do?" He asked, I could hear the hurt in his voice, that he was trying to cover up. To his brothers he was seen as the cold-hearted one, never showing emotion.
"You didn't do anything it's just-" I started.
"It's just what?" He was starting to get angry, and I felt a tear roll down my cheek.

"I have to get away from this war" I looked down, playing with my fingers.
"Mesh'la you know I'll protect you" He continued.
"No Wolffe you can't-"
"Don't you want me?!" And that was it, he lost it, loads of others looked over, I saw some of the 501st, Captain Rex, Fives and Jesse, and some of the 212th, Commander Cody, Waxer and Boil.

"No no no no Wolffe" I burst into tears.
"Then why don't you believe in me" He snarled.
Commander Cody and Captain Rex, being the responsible CO's they were came over wondering what was going on.
"Woah Wolffe calm down, don't do something you'll regret." Commander Cody tried to calm him down, Rex nodding along and trying to put some distance between Wolffe and myself.

"I do Wolffe, I do. I know you're capable of protecting me and yourself, it's just what if something happens to you. I won't be able to take that kind of pain." I explained.
"When do you leave?" He asked, sadness in his eyes.
"Tomorrow morning" I frowned.
"Well let's make the most of tonight" He sighed.

The next morning, I was waiting at the spaceport, and Wolffe, Cody and Rex had escorted me here, ready to say goodbye. Too soon my ship came, and it was time to say goodbye. I nodded and saluted Cody and Rex and went up to Wolffe, placing my arms around him in a tight hug as his arms snaked round my waist.
"I still love you, I always will" I whispered into his chest, to which he lifted my chin and pulled me into a passionate kiss.
"I love you too, mesh'la" He spoke, but then we were pulled apart, as a droid told me to board the shuttle.

Tears welled in my eyes as the ship took off, I soon saw the clones disappear, and Coruscant grew smaller and smaller. I was going to miss everything about this place, but it's what I had to do. For me and for Wolffe.
