EMI'S POV ~ THE FINAL ROUNDS: RUSH TI THE BATTLE ARENA!
It was the entrance ceremony.
Minato and I were in the crowd, sitting with the nobles.
Sarutobi-Sensei was sat up in the Kage area with the Kazekage.
"Where is Naruto?" Minato sighed.
I shrugged. "He was still asleep when I left to take Setsuna to school. I set his alarm though."
Minato face palmed. "And he is still late."
"And Sasuke?" I asked.
It was Minato's turn to shrug. "I haven't heard from him or Kakashi."
"That's just fucking great."
It was at that moment, Naruto made his entrance into the arena.
Minato and I both sweat dropped at out son as we were stunned.
"Naruto sure does know how to make an entrance." I said.
"Always." Minato scratched the back of his neck.
EMI'S POV ~ BYAKUGAN VS SHADOW CLONE JUTSU
With Hayate's murder, Genma was placed in charge of the third exam.
NARUTO NAMIKAZE VS NEJI HYUGA
Genma began the match between Naruto and Neji. As much as I tried, I couldn't concentrate on the match.
Naruto used his shadow clone jutsu, but Neji's gentle fist was able to deflect him.
"Naruto wants to avenge Hinata. He is quite determined." I said.
"Do you think he can win?" Minato asked.
I pondered for a second. "He has trained under Jiraiya. And Jiraiya did release the seal on Kurama to allow the boy to use the nine tails chakra."
"The real question then is, can he control the nine tails chakra?" Minato asked.
I smiled. "He never gives up that's for sure." Naruto used more shadow clones with the same results.
"He is quite like you in that regard." Minato said with his arms crossed.
I smiled, but stayed quiet.
"Go Naruto!" Minato cheered.
"You can do it Naruto!" I cheered.
'Naruto. You can do it.' I thought.
EMI'S POV ~ ULTIMATE DEFENSE: ZERO BLIND SPOT!
Naruto must've realized his shadow clone jutsu was useless against Neji as he used rotation.
"Wow." I said.
Minato was gripping his knees hard in anger.
"I know the Hyuga clan bothers you, but there isn't anything you can do Minato." I comforted.
