The following document is the official Transcript of the Student Council's first meeting of the 20XX-20XX school year at "Tsuki Senior High School".

Tsuki A.: Welcome current elected members of the student council for "Tsuki Senior High School". We'll be going around the table in a clockwise sequence to introduce ourselves in the following order: full name, position in the council, and why you decided to run for your position. We'll be starting with the Enforcer and going from there. I will be speaking last. Please begin.

Taiyo M.: Hello! I'm Taiyo Murasaki, I'm the Enforcer of the council. I decided to run for Enforcer because I knew I had a friend running for a different position, and I was excited to get to know some new people. I'm very happy to meet all of you!

President's Note: it's important to note the enforcer's overall personality and view towards this council are not what I had initially expected. I've read over all the applications, and Her's stood out, however, she doesn't seem to show many of the common personality traits that come with her experiences. She almost seems too happy to have truly gone through the traumatizing experiences she has written down, though I will not disregard them. I understand - to an extent.

Hoshiko M.: I'm Hoshiko Midori, I'm the Treasurer. I wanted to run for this position because I've always had to pay close attention to my family's own money, so I figured what would it change to have to pay attention to someone else's money? I also knew someone who was joining, and really, I was just intrigued by the requirements I had to meet to join. I hope we'll all get along.

President's Note: it's important to note that the treasurer was toying with his bright purple, dangling diamond earring in his right ear while he spoke. Since I've met him, that's all he seems to do. It's quite odd, but I suppose I'll be able to ask him for what reasons he's constantly touching it at a later date.

Sakai R.: I'm Sakai Rika. I'm the secretary. I wanted to join because it seemed fun.

President's Note: there was a long pause after the secretary's words as if the others were waiting for more to be spoken. But nothing ever came. While she was speaking, she was glancing down at her lap every few seconds. It was later discovered that she was playing a visual novel video game on her phone, though I'm not surprised by this at all. She's causing no problems by playing on her phone anyhow, and according to her application, she seems to do much more than just play video games on her device.

Akuma T.: Hi! I'm Akuma Takoizu, and I'm the elected Vice President of the student council! I wanted to run for Vice President because almost my entire graduating class was telling me to! I was so excited to think of being in a group like this, especially since I'm still so much younger than you all, I thought it would be something fun to be a part of! I'm sure we're all going to get along great, and I can't wait to spend the next year with you all!

President's Note: It's important to note that the vice president was mentioning his graduating class and how much they wanted him to join. He is lying. The vice president has skipped two grades to get to his second year in high school and he is extremely younger than the rest of the council, however, his graduating class holds much fear, rage, and jealousy towards him. They do not like him, and they did not tell him to run for vice president.

Tsuki A.: My name is Tsuki Aka, son to Tsuki Kazuya and Tsuki Yuri. I'm the president of this council and this school is owned by my family. I decided to become the president of this council because it is my duty as a member of the Tsuki family to maintain peace and order in this school, as Headmaster Ichibangase announced after the initial forming of this council. I've been in numerous leading positions outside of this school and I'm very aware of the risks and challenges being this school's leader comes with. I'm prepared for these challenges, and, since I've read and re-read all of your applications, I am to understand that all of you are ready as well. I put my utmost trust in you, dearest council members, and I am joyous to give you the titles of student council enforcer, treasurer, secretary, and vice president respectively. The first morning council meeting of the 20XX-20XX school year has now been adjourned and the recording will now be concluded.

President's Note: It's important to note that these words are not my own. I did speak them, and they did come out of my mouth in my voice, but I did not write these words down to say them. My father insisted I used his script from his council presidential days and adjust it to make it my own. I would not want to disappoint or anger my father. I know what he can do.
