That's why he is a greedy crab who even sacrifices his men for himself and money, soon the police found his location as he runs away from the police, he meets Shiro Kanzaki who give him the Deck He becomes Kamen Rider Scissor before the Ryuki series begins, then he kills the police mercilessly and feeds them to his contract beast. He works with his new men and manipulates them to get his own money, then he and his new men run away from the police. Then he and his group of thieves went to the Utah after he heard that city become area of Rider War,and start assault the bank of Utah,stole a lot of money before he spot the police. He becomes Scissor as he kills the police while the group of thieves escapes.
