Chapter 4

"Well, they'll be there soon, eh?Our hands could have taken something." -dissatisfied and even with a slight note of anger said Ciara. Stella, Kane and Rain agreed with her. When everyone woke up, Ceris said that together with Izuku they would go to the forest for sweet berries. Our foursome didn't mind just enough time for them to have time to pack... only when they collected everything, Ceris and Izuka weren't there yet. 12 minutes already.
However, in addition to this, our four noticed that Izuka seemed to have been replaced. His face expressed indifference and the absence of any emotions. His face was just watching Ceris and that was it. And his tone during the conversation with Ceris seemed to be absent or disappeared. What could possibly have happened to a boy in one night?
"I'm not the only one who worries that Izuku seems to have disappeared. Well, I mean the old Izuku."- said Rain, looking with a restless face into the forest. Everyone said "Yes" at the same time, scaring the questioner a little. Exactly at the same moment, two of our heroes came out of the forest. Deku and Ceris. Ciara immediately stood up and said:
"Well, finally. Um... and where are the berries?  Ciara asked. Izuku immediately replied, "No berries because we couldn't find them.  Izuku said in a cold and lifeless tone.Ciara just rolled her eyes and said:
"Okay, I don't care the main thing is that they came. Ciara said in an impassive voice.- "Stella. Are you ready? Ceris asked, looking at the witch. The same in response:"Yes, I'm always ready!" said Stella happily. Ceris only nodded in response, but still a little worried about her.
"Okay. Everyone stand in a circle." - said Ceris, raising one hand up.After these, everyone except Stella stood up as Ceris asked, and our witch and matriarch stood in the center. Then these two took each other's hands and, closing their eyes, began to say some words incomprehensible to everyone, but after these words, a purple circle appeared around Rain, Kane, Ciara and Izuku, and then the same purple lines began to come out of the right and left parts of each circle and he was heading to other lines that are nearby and connecting. Then purple lines also began to emerge from each circle in front and they were already heading towards Ceris and Stella, and at that time they were repeating the same incomprehensible words as before. When the lines were a couple of centimeters away from them, a purple circle also appeared around them. Then their eyes suddenly turned white, but they still repeated the same spell as before, and the circle of each began to glow more strongly.
After all these machinations, everyone suddenly appeared in a snow-covered forest in an instant, and the circles and lines around the six disappeared. Rain, Ciara, Kane and Stella breathed a sigh of relief. Izuku just rolled his empty eyes around, looking at the world the place in which they appeared. But it was much more interesting with Ceris.
After Ceris let go of Stella's hands, she suddenly felt a strong pain in her stomach and fell to her knees, clutching her stomach. It was as if something was crawling there and moving the organs a little. Everyone, including Izuka, looked at Ceris with restless eyes. And Izuku even asked a question with an exciting tone:
"Ceris!? Are you all right?!Izuku excitedly said, coming up to kneel next to Ceris. Ciara, after these, was worried and annoyed.Worry about Ceris because you never know what happened to her. Suddenly, some kind of disease or organ failure. After all, anything could happen during teleportation to one point to another. And irritation because of Izuku. First of all, does Ceris look like she's all right? And secondly ... WHAT. S. IZUKU. Then he will seem shy, then he will turn out to be a crybaby during the night, then he will suddenly become cold. What's going on in this teenager's head!?
Ciara was going to ask and get an answer with an angry and irritable tone, but she was stopped by a cough with blood from Ceris. And Stella, also standing and worrying, as Izuku suddenly began to see a clouding in her eyes, and her head suddenly began to spin. Rain, standing not far from them, saw that something was wrong with Stella so quickly appeared to the right of her and for good reason. Stella suddenly passed out and her body was quickly picked up by the dragon tamer.And Izuku, seeing Ceris coughing up blood for the fourth time in two seconds, suddenly began to collect panic.
Now, after the conversation in the forest, when Ceris lied that they would go for berries together with Izuku, he began to love Ceris not just more than life, but in principle valued her as a fortune. Yes. Ceris lied.
In fact, they went into the forest so that no one would interfere with them. Ceris only wanted to have a heart-to-heart talk with Izuku without any side eyes. And although she was not satisfied with Izuku's answers, she loved Izuku even more for her help and aspiration.Okay, back to the present.
Ceris, still coughing with blood, suddenly stopped feeling severe abdominal pain and after a few seconds she coughed without blood. Izuku put his right hand on his back and began to calm down, but he still looked at the matriarch with anxious eyes.
Ciara and Kane, who were looking at it all with exciting eyes, suddenly calmed down, but suddenly a shadow of a flying figure flew over all our heroes.Everyone looked up and saw a woman apparently with gray wings. She looked back at them (although they didn't see the truth). Kane, Ciara and Izuku prepared weapons in case of an attack, but Rain noticed their weapons and quickly said:
"You don't have to worry. This is a scout from Frostborn." said Rain, standing up and holding Stella in his arms. The same ones looked at Rain with surprised eyes in response, but at the same moment the scout landed gently next to the dragon tamer, scaring everyone a little. She looked at Rain with surprised and joyful eyes.
"Dragon Tamer!?"- the girl with the same surprised eyes asked in surprise, but her eyes immediately changed to concern when she looked at the unconscious Stella-"W-what's wrong with her?!The girl shouted with concern.
"I'm not sure myself, but I don't think it's worth worrying about. She seems to have fainted." Rain said with a soothing voice. The girl was still worried about the witch, but after looking at Ceris, she almost fainted from surprise.- "THE MATRIARCH OF THE END!!!!???"- the scout shouted with all the volume, scaring everyone from surprise."But aren't you-"
"Wait!" said Izuku, raising his hands towards the scout and interrupting her. - "Maybe you will ask questions when we will be in Frostborn and when she will be cured?" - Izuku asked, looking at the scout. She said in response:
"Stop." The scout said, looking at Izuka in response. "Who else are you?" The girl asked incredulously. Rain said:
"I'll tell you about it myself, but later." - said Rain, holding Stella at home.- "And now could you take us to Frostborn?I'm going to have an important conversation with Patrick. " Rain said, looking at the scout. After these words , the scout scratched her head and nervously laughing said:
"With-with Patrick? Well, this will have to wait."- the girl said nervous. After these words, Rain looked at the oazvedchitsa with a questioning look."What do you mean wait?" asked Rain with a confused look and an agitated tone. The girl , with the same look and the same tone , said:
"W-well he's at war. "- the scout said quickly. After these words, everyone except Izuku and Stella's jaw dropped. "W-wait. I mean in the war? You mean he's in battle?!Rain asked with excitement and bulging eyes.- "Well... yes. He and his army are now attacking the captured village with a horde." - the girl replied, although she did not want to.- "Stop! The Rhine. You said that there are not enough forces to defend the borders of Frostborn, but there are not enough forces to attack at all."- Kane asked with a nervous tone. Rain replied:
"That's right. But why did Patrick send his army-"
"Edit. All his strength that he had and preserved from defense-oh."- the girl suddenly interrupted and stopped late, but making everyone even more surprised and horrified, especially Izuku.
"That's it. Own. Forces. TO THE VILLAGE!?!??!" Rain shouted at the top of his voice.- "... yes. But I swear Patrick no way-"But Izuku didn't listen to her anymore, as he now only heard his thoughts and fears about this.The fact that this Patrick sends all his forces that have been preserved to some village in order to simply pick him up... it was chilling that this ruler of Frostborn had either gone mad or something else. And also, although Izuku was not a good chief commander, but he guessed that even if Frostborn's army somehow won, Frostborn would suffer heavy losses and it would be impossible to defend further. The horde will simply get to the capital of Frostborn and smash it to smithereens, and its inhabitants will simply be destroyed...
Two dimensions suffer from the Nether horde. Innocent lives are slowly and painfully dying. But their relatives suffer even more from the loss. They will hate those who arranged it and will take up arms themselves for the sake of revenge but... they just die and that's it. Revenge remains their only meaning of life because of the loss of a loved one or several relatives... and they just die without fulfilling their goal. And others... and they lose the point of living at all. After all, if one of his relatives and his friends remains, then what is the meaning of his existence? Revenge? And when you do that, what's next?
Izuku... he could understand them all and knew perfectly well that there were not a few of them...He will not allow the horde to remain without punishment and without justice.
"Hey," Izuku asked, looking with lifeless eyes at the scout, and she looked at his eyes from which she honestly would like to be ashamed. -"If Patrick decided to attack the village, which side is it on? Izuku asked, confusing the scout, but since she liked to answer questions, she answered:
"In the northeast."- she said quickly, pointing with her right hand a little above her left shoulder, but then she came to her senses and asked - "Will I enchant you with this?" The girl asked with questioning eyes. Izuku, without answering her question, just put on a mask that sent a shiver down everyone's spine.
